Brought to you by EE

Hello, we're EE - the people behind the UK's biggest and fastest overall network, plus the first and biggest 4G network, covering 60% of the UK already.

Recently we were ranked as the best network in the UK for internet performance, call and text performance, data speed and network reliability in an independent test carried out by RootMetrics.

Biggest. Fastest. Best.

View our range of 4G phones

Here at EE we're committed to bringing you the fastest network you can get. It's why we brought 4GEE to you in the first place. And now we are working to double the speed of our 4GEE network, so you can get speeds of up to 60Mb/second. This is faster than most people's fibre broadband at home - it means a film from the EE film store now takes just 4 minutes to download instead of 25 minutes on our 3G network.

In a world where other companies have just launched their 4G networks in a few cities, ours already covers 60% of the UK population. Our engineers are working flat out to make sure we have 98% covered by the end of 2014, too.

A whopping 99.5% of our existing data customers use less than 5GB of data per month. Naturally, with 4G your data usage might increase because there's so much more you can do.

If you know how much data you currently use each month, and you're planning to buy a 4GEE plan, then we recommend adding half again. This is because, from our research, it's expected that customers will do roughly 50% more on their mobile internet with 4G.

With 4GEE data packages ranging from 500MB to 50GB, there's a plan to suit everyone.

Whats New?

Superfast 4GEE is now available on pay as you go. So you get to experience all the benefits of 4GEE (it's a bit like having your home broadband in your pocket) with the flexibility and control of pay as you go.

You can get 1GB of data for just £10 which is plenty of data to go online and do the everyday stuff you to do today like Google Maps or Facebook, but superfast.

It's impossible to go over your data limit. If your data runs out, you simply buy more. You're also not tied to a specific amount every month. So if you find you're using more or less data than you originally thought you can just change the amount you buy. Once you've chosen your data you can pay for minutes and texts as normal or buy an add-on.

You get a great range of extra benefits with 4GEE pay as you go:

  • 2 for 1 cinema tickets and PizzaExpress - each and every Wednesday
  • EE Film - stream and download the latest movies without denting your data
  • WiFi on the London Underground - provided by Virgin Media

If you've already got a 4G phone, simply grab one of our 4GEE SIMs, top up, and away you go.

What happens if I go over my data allowance?

We understand that instant access to online content through 4GEE will transform how you use your smartphone, iphone and tablet.

So to ensure you do not go over your allowance we have introduced data alerts so that you are aware of when you are approaching your limits. When you want to buy more data the browser will take you to a web page for you to add a data bundle add-on.

Why is EE displayed on my phone instead of Orange/T Mobile?

If you have a 4GEE, Orange or T-Mobile plan, you'll see EE at the top of your screen. This is because you're using the EE network.
