The flexible way to manage your faxes

Orange Answer Fax is a fax machine that is never busy, never runs out of paper, and is never away being repaired. It's just like an Answer Phone for faxes, enabling your colleagues, customers and friends to send faxes to you while you're out and about - sure in the knowledge that they'll get to you.

If you're sometimes away from your home or office and need to receive faxes, or if you don't have a fax machine, Orange Answer Fax gives you all the flexibility you need.

Your own personal fax number

Your own personal Answer Fax number means there's only one number for people to remember. They simply send their faxes to your Answer Fax number, and you will be notified by text message immediately you receive a fax. You can then retrieve your faxes quickly and easily by calling the Orange Answer Phone and directing them to any UK fax machine that's convenient for you. (Later this year, you will be able to receive your faxes abroad, if you are able to make international calls.)

You could choose to send your faxes to another office you're visiting, or perhaps to a 'high street' small business centre. If you were expecting a private fax at work and didn't want business colleagues to read it, you could ask your caller to send their fax to your Answer Fax and you could retrieve it when you're standing by your office fax machine. Wherever you are, you can be sure all your faxes can get to you.

It's so easy to use

Once you've received a message telling you a fax has arrived, all you need to do is call your Orange Answer Phone on 123 from your Orange phone (or 0973 100123 from any other phone), and follow the recorded instructions.

Simply direct your fax to your nearest fax machine and it will arrive moments later. It's that simple.

To activate Answer Fax

Just dial 150 from your handset, you'll be given your own personal Answer Fax number straightaway.

There is a one-off connection fee of 11.75 ukp inc VAT, but no additional monthly charge - you just pay at the normal Talk Plan rate as you use the service.
