Important: Information on this page only applies to a fixed amount cashback. Please choose from the Half Price Line Rental pages for discounted line rental information.

1. "Cashback" is a Mobiles.co.uk promotion.

2. The "Cashback" offer is available on selected 12 month contract handsets and tariffs and is subject to you remaining on the original tariff with the original handset(s) and mobile number(s) connected for at least 120 days from the date of connection.

3. To claim your "Cashback" simply send us your fourth month bill from the Network within 30 days of the date on the bill. Please include your order number to speed up processing. For the avoidance of doubt this will be the bill dated in the month that is four months after your connection date. E.g. If connected in January, the fourth month is May so you need to send us your bill dated in May within 30 days of the date of that bill.

4. On receipt of your fourth month bill and verification that all terms and conditions have been met, we will credit the agreed "Cashback" amount (up to a maximum of £100) to your credit/debit card account within 30 days.

5. Cashback amounts over £100 will be paid in two instalments. The first £100 will be paid as above, the second and final instalment will be paid on receipt of your seventh month bill.

6. Cashbacks are funded by commissions from the Network. In the event that in between the date of ordering and the date of connection the Network reduces the amount of commission payable, we reserve the right to stipulate that the agreed cashback amount will be that in force on the date of connection and not the date of ordering.

7. In the event that the Network takes back commission for any reason, including but not restricted to tariff changedown within 120 days and late or non-payment of bills, any cashback claim will be null and void.

8. It is the responsibility of the claimant to ensure that any claim is received by us within the stipulated time period as claims outside these dates will be void. You must use Recorded or Special Delivery when posting your claim as we will not be responsible for claims lost in the post. We will acknowledge receipt of your claim by email.

9. Maximum cashback available to each customer and/or order is £280.

If you wish to make a complaint regarding your Cashback claim or are outside the timeframe noted above then you must write to us at the following address. We reply to all letters within 7 working days.
