As an authorised Club Nokia Service Centre, we would like to join Nokia Mobile Phones in their aim to improve their customer satisfaction by offering you the following services:

• Update 01/05/01: Software upgrades now available.

  We are now able to upgrade the software/firmware in your Nokia phone to the latest version as directed by Nokia. If you are experiencing problems such as lock-ups, phone freezing and reception problems then a software upgrade may cure these symptoms.

  You can find out which software version is currently in your phone by typing *#0000#. The top line of the display will then show something similar to V 04.27 which means software version 4.27. Once you have this information, please call us on 01442 211111 and we can advise if a more up-to-date software revision is available.

• Update 01/03/01: Repairs now available.

  As a Level 2 Nokia Service Centre, we can now repair most problems to do with screens, microphones, earpieces, antennas and keyapds on supported Nokia phones.

• Update 19/10/00: Nokia 7110 software problems.

  A few customers may have been experiencing problems with their Nokia 7110. Nokia have diagnosed that a software problem in early phones may be to blame. In response to this, Nokia are offering free software upgrades to any customers affected. Details on how to obtain a free software upgrade can be found by contacting the Nokia software line on 0845 358 6000.

  Some Club Nokia service points can upgrade software. For details of your local Club Nokia service point contact 0845 054 5454. The nearest Level 4 Club Nokia service point for Watford customers is Intec on (Barnet) 0208 216 3838.

• If you are in the Club Nokia scheme and your phone is under warranty, we can swap your faulty phone if repairs are not available immediately *.

• We are able to perform a range of repairs here while you wait, otherwise we can arrange for your phone to be repaired at another Nokia approved service centre.
