Royal Mail Additional Christmas Deliveries

Christmas is a busy time for shopping and it’s more important than ever that your delivery is on time. From 17th December, Royal Mail Special Delivery will try again if they miss you in the morning, between 17.30 and 21.00 in most urban areas.

Extra Sunday Delivery! A Special Delivery service will also be running on Sunday 21st December for last minute deliveries.

Remember, only Mobiles.co.uk sends your new phone and your free gift together using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Don’t spend valuable shopping time looking for a remote courier depot!

Free Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery including Saturdays

• Monday to Friday - orders placed prior to 5pm delivered next day before 1pm
• Saturday - orders placed after 5pm on Friday and before midday on Saturday are guaranteed by Royal Mail to be delivered by 1pm Tuesday, but in our experience are generally delivered by 1pm Monday

As a web store, we understand that how our customers receive their products is very important – it’s a key part of the buying experience.

Fast delivery

Once you have placed your order online, we know you want it delivered fast. That’s why we will despatch orders placed up to 5pm for next day delivery. Combined with our online network decisions, we get mobile phones out faster.

Delivery of your mobile phone

We’ve tried different carriers with mixed results. Most of our customers have a relationship with their postman and trust Royal Mail. Special Delivery is reliable and fast. It costs us more, but we think it is important.

If you work, then you may not be in to take delivery from your postman. If this happens, please contact the sorting office for redelivery or collect yourself using the ‘Sorry, you were out’ card from your local Royal Mail sorting office.

 

The small print

• We only deliver to the credit/debit cardholders address as this information provides the necessary identification verification required to process the order
• Orders will be despatched for next day delivery on the basis they pass all necessary network, identification, security checks and that stock is available
• Unfortunately, due to the extra processing requirements from the Networks, business orders normally take an additional 24 hours before being despatched
• Royal Mail next day Special Delivery covers 99% of the UK population – check here to see if you are not covered
• Accessory only orders are despatched using normal Royal Mail postal services
• For collection from a Royal Mail sorting office, a proof of identification such as passport, driving licence, credit/debit card or a recent, paid utility bill is required
