Delivery
When can I expect delivery of my phone?
Delivery of your order will be within 48 working hours of the order date subject to you successfully passing a credit check.
How long is delivery to Northern Ireland and other remote locations?
Deliveries to Northern Island will take 2 working days with DHL/Yodel. Other remote locations in the UK can take longer. Please see below for a full list of addresses that fall outside the DHL/Yodel@Home delivery service.

Do I have a choice of which delivery service I use?
We have expanded our delivery options to offer a choice between DHL/Yodel and Royal Mail services. We understand that you will have some preference when it comes to who you want to deliver your new phone so now you can choose. Please note that DHL/Yodel will be defaulted in the cart when you order.
What happens if I'm not around to sign for the delivery?
Due to the value of the goods being sent, a signature will be required to accept the delivery. In the event that you are not home when your phone arrives, don't worry, you can simply re-arrange delivery with the courier or collect it yourself.
DHL/Yodel
DHL/Yodel will leave a card with their contact details so you can arrange a redelivery. If no contact is made then they will attempt to deliver again the next working day. DHL/Yodel will attempt to deliver 3 times before storing the item at your local DHL/Yodel Service Centre where you will have 7 days to collect it.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail will leave a 'sorry you were out' card which you can use to rearrange a delivery or visit your local sorting office.
How do I arrange delivery to an alternative address?
We only deliver to the credit/debit cardholder's address that was supplied to us when you ordered your phone. This policy helps reduce credit card fraud.
