Automatic Cashback is a promotion from Mobiles.co.uk whereby 21 days after delivery of your handset you will be sent a cheque for the full amount of the cashback. No claim is necessary. No bills to send. No redemption dates to remember. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your cheque.

Free Gifts

All free gifts such as the Nintendo Wii, Laptops, Xbox 360 and PS3's are despatched at the same time as your new mobile phone. Please note that non-payment of your phone bills at any time within the first 6 months will result in you being charged the full retail cost of the free gift. If you wish to return your phone under our 14 day guarantee you will also need to return the free gift, unopened and unused.

Do I need to claim my free gift?

Unlike other mobile phone retailers, Mobiles.co.uk will send out both your free gift and your new mobile at the same time. No claim is necessary, but you must be aware that any return has to include both phone and free gift in order to qualify for cancellation. At this time it is not possible to purchase the free gift and return just the handset.
