Half Price Line Rental terms and conditions
- "Half Price Line Rental" is a Mobiles.co.uk promotion.
- The "Half Price Line Rental" offer is available only on selected handsets connected to selected tariffs as shown on the product pages and is subject to you remaining on the original tariff with the original handset(s) and mobile number(s) connected (or Ported) for at least 12 months.
- To claim your "Half Price Line Rental" cashback for months one to six, we must receive your sixth month bill from the Network within 30 days of the date on the bill. Please include your order number to speed up processing. For the avoidance of doubt this will be the bill dated in the month that is six months after your connection date. E.g. If connected in January, the sixth month is July so we need to receive your bill dated in July within 30 days of the date of that bill.
- To claim your "Half Price Line Rental" for months seven to nine, we must receive your ninth month bill from the Network within 30 days of the date on the bill.
- To claim your "Half Price Line Rental" for months ten to eleven, we must receive your eleventh month bill from the Network within 30 days of the date on the bill.
- Only original, posted bills will be accepted (i.e. not faxes, photocopies, scans or emails.) Please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your claim if you would like your bill returned to you.
- All bills sent must show the date of the bill, the mobile number and show that you are still on the original tariff we connected your handset to.
- On receipt of the appropriate month bill and verification that all terms and conditions have been met, we will aim to credit the agreed amount to your bank account within 28 working days.
- Cashbacks are funded by commissions from the Network. In the event that in between the date of ordering and the date of connection the Network reduces the amount of commission payable, we reserve the right to stipulate that the agreed cashback amount will be that in force on the date of connection and not the date of ordering.
- In the event that the Network takes back commission for any reason, including but not restricted to tariff changedown within 120 days and late or non-payment of bills, any cashback claim will be null and void.
- Important It is the responsibility of the claimant to ensure that any claim is received by us within the stipulated time period as claims outside these dates will be void. You must use Recorded or Special Delivery when posting your claim as we will not be responsible for claims lost in the post. We will acknowledge receipt of your claim by email.
- Maximum cashback available to each customer and/or order is £280.

Please note: The Cashback Team only process claims that are within the timeframe noted above. If you are outside the timeframe noted above or wish to make a complaint regarding your line rental claim then you must write to the Customer Service Team at the same address. We reply to all letters within 7 working days.
