MA600 Infrared Adapter is a software and hardware 2-in-1 package that enables desktop users to do wireless two-way data transmissions to infrared-equipped mobile phones, PDA, Palm Pilots, note-book PCs, and Windows CE machines.Infrared Data Communication is a cordless data connection using infrared light for short range communications on embedded devices of all types. The application is widely available on personal computers and peripherals.
The package comes complete with the MA600 Infrared adapter with RS-232 serial cable (or optionally USB) and a software CD with Handset Manager and drivers.
Facilities available with the package include: *
- Two-way Import and Export CSV phone book file
- Manage, edit and send SMS short messages to other mobile phones
- Edit, organize, and synchronize the calendar on your PC to your mobile phone
- Compose and Personalize your own Ring Tone
- Design the Operator Logo and graphical message to be displayed on a mobile phone
