Transfer your number to O2

If you have become attached to your number, don't worry - O2 make the process of transferring it onto your new mobile painless and fast. Simply contact the network your number is currently with and request a 'PAC code', then give this to O2 customer services once you have your new phone. About O2

O2 started life as Cellnet in 1985, owned jointly by British Telecom and Securicor. BT took full control in 1999, renaming the network BT Cellnet. In 2001 O2 was born, representing the fact that mobile phones were becoming like oxygen - necessary for life. Upgrade your existing O2 mobile phone

Which Tariff Do I Want?

O2 like to keep things simple - so simply decide how many minutes you tend to use each month and pick the tariff that provides this amount. As a rough guide, if your mobile bill is currently less than £40 per month, the £30 per month "O2 600" tariff will suit you. If you're a heavy texter then O2 is the network for you. All tariffs now comes bundled with Unlimited texts alongside your inclusive minutes at no extra cost, providing even better value for money to pay-monthly customers.
