A step in the right direction...

Taking a step forward from the original 6610, the O2 Nokia 6610i features a integrated camera and high quality colour screen. The camera has a contrast adjustment, slideshow, and a night mode for low-light conditions.

An image editor enables you to add text, frames and clip-art images. The handset also offers what Nokia calls "Portrait image caller ID". This means you have the option of seeing a pre-set picture of the person who's calling you.

Sounds amazing

The O2 Nokia 6610i uses the new hi-fi ring tone technology called "polyphonic". Its obvious that a great deal of research has gone into making the most of the amazing sound quality, the clarity and loudness of the sound at full volume simply defies belief.

Pop-Port^TM Interface..

The O2 Nokia 6610i mobile phone is one of the first Nokia phones with a Pop-Port interface connector. This new feature will be a primary interface connector in future Nokia phones.

It has been designed to support new advanced functionalities such as, stereo audio or fast data connectivity, and digital accessory identification. Pop-Port will radically expand the choice of ground-breaking and interesting accessories for the O2 Nokia 6610i.

The integrated FM radio is simple to use either via manual station search, automatic search or presets - just like a normal radio

Triple band

The O2 Nokia 6610i is designed around an internal triple band antenna which allows it to be used all around the world, including Europe, the USA and Canada on 900, 1800 and 1900MHz frequencies.

Text Messaging

The illuminated graphical colour display is easy to read and is also ideal for SMS text messaging, especially with its T9 predictive text input.

Mobile Internet

Incorporating the latest technology for WAP 1.2.1 mobile internet, you can use WAP to access a range of information from the Internet, via your 6610i's, high-resolution display, including news, travel and information.

GPRS...

As the O2 Nokia 6610i supports GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), you will be able to take advantage of this virtually permanent connection to your network, and you will only be charged for the amount of data that you transfer, and not the amount of time that your online.

MMS...

The O2 Nokia 6610i supports MMS (Multimedia Message Service) for Multimedia text messaging. This new technology allows you to send sounds, pictures, animations and formatted text in your message. These messages can then be exchanged between friends and family with MMS enabled mobile phones.

Java^TM technology

Thanks to Java technology, you can further enhance your phone with interactive, vibrant games, which can be downloaded and stored in the handset. They are easy to delete, so you don't have to worry about cluttering up your memory.
