DVB-H Tuner

With a built in DVB-H tuner you can tune in to your favourite live TV shows on the move and view them on the Nokia N96.

Web Browser

With a built in Web Browser you can access internet sites directly from your mobile phone. Check the latest scores, look up train times and check for delays, get a weather report, or find the answer to the question in the pub quiz. With the inbuilt web browser you have the power of the internet with you, wherever you are.

5.0 Megapixel Camera

A built in 5.0 megapixel camera, with auto focus and Carl Zeiss lens, the Nokia N96 takes quality pictures that you will want to share with your friends. Store them in your phone, email them to friends or upload them to your blog.

Email Client

The N96 on O2 has an email client, which will allow you to receive email from your own personal email account, and send pictures, videos or text emails to any email account anywhere in the world. Email access on the phone is simple to set up and a cost effective way of keeping in touch.

Expandable Memory

With mobile phones offering so much these days, memory is a premium. Very often on board memory is very low, so an option to add extra memory with the addition of a memory card is invaluable. If you are using your phone as a media player, expandable memory allows you to add songs, store videos and keep photos, and take them with you, all located on your phone.

Stereo FM Radio

With a Stereo FM Radio built in to the O2 N96, you will always have access to the latest tunes on your phone. Tune in to your favourite station, whenever you want, straight from your phone.

TV Out

TV Out option allows you to connect your phone to a TV and view videos/photos recorded/stored on your phone directly on the screen of your TV. Showing your holiday snaps was never easier, or cooler, than this.

3.5mm Audio Jack

With a 3.5mm audio jack, you can listen to your music with the comfort of your favourite headphones.

Music Player

With a built in music player, you can carry your tunes with you, in your pocket, and listen to them when you want. Most digital formats are recognised on the phone, including MP3 and AAC.

GPS

With GPS you can use the phone to locate your position, plan your journey, check for problems, and as a general Sat Nav device, when used in conjunction with compatible mapping software.

A-GPS

A-GPS is a network service that can locate your position to within 100 metres by using a clever technique called triangulation. By sending a signal to three cell masts, A-GPS will work out your location by the location of the cells and your distance from them. When combined with a GPS enabled phone, the addition of A-GPS enables a faster GPS satellite lock.

Bluetooth 2.0

Bluetooth 2.0 is the next generation of Bluetooth connectivity. With Bluetooth 2.0 one of the biggest advantages is the possibility of listening to music with a compatible stereo wireless headset. Less wires, less mess, more noise.

HSDPA

HSDPA on the Nokia N96 offers a similar benefit to a 3G network that GPRS offered to the GSM networks. It offers a higher speed data transfer with a compatible handset. HSDPA is commonly known as Mobile Broadband.

Wi-Fi

With Wi-Fi you can use your phone to connect to a local wireless network (W-LAN) to connect to the internet. This offers a cheap (sometimes free) method of connecting to the net to download emails, files, or check on your favourite website.

Nokia N96

With the Nokia N96, immerse yourself in entertainment. The N96 has a superb 2.8 inch display and 16GB internal memory so you can carry hours of videos and thousands of photos and music tracks with you. The N96 also features support for BBC iplayer, the BBC's catch up service so you need never miss your favourite shows again!
