A-GPS is a network service that can locate your position to within 100 metres by using a clever technique called triangulation. By sending a signal to three cell masts, A-GPS will work out your location by the location of the cells and your distance from them. When combined with a GPS enabled phone, the addition of A-GPS enables a faster GPS satellite lock.

Symbian Operating System

The N86 8MP is a powerful smartphone running on the Symbian Series 60 platform. This means you can download and install 3rd party applications such as navigation tools, picture editing software and games as well as customise the phone by adding shortcuts and changing application locations just as you would on your home PC or Laptop!
