Good Points+: Great screen size and much better battery life than a Lumia 800. All the excellent Windows mobile features

Bad Points−: Difficult to find a good in car holder because of the size and the GPS mapping software is not as good as the Lumia 800.

Good Points+: Great for web, text music and video. App store (marketplace) is getting better and better in terms of quality and range. Zune integration is good.

Bad Points−: Battery is noticably weaker after just 3 months of use but its not a major issue. MS office is very stripped down. I am hoping as many features as there were on WM6.5 will eventually make it through to Mango. Integration with SkyDrive is a good feature as is the 25gb free storage. But it's confusing since one is often unsure whether one has stored a document on the phoneor on the SkyDrive without double checking.while Zune is good it is not as intuitive as it could be.

Good Points+: Excellent screen. Touch interface is responsive and easy to use. GPS location is effective and increasing range of apps available. Windows operating system is very good. Plenty of memory for apps and media. Media playback excellent - as is sound through headphones/external speakers.

Bad Points−: Very limited information supplied about how the Windows 7.5 operating system works. Syncing Outlook via Windows Live works well - ONCE you know how. The Zune sync is only for media and software updates. Microsoft's approach seems to be to gradually train you how to use the phone's Windows feature's by 'hints'. So no good if you just want to go somewhere and read the 'book' - although most information can eventually be found on the 'My Windows Phone' website.
