Full Touch Screen

The Viewty Smart has a 3 inch WVGA touchscreen display running on the S-Class user interface for a fluid and intuitive user experience. The Viewty Smart also features an accelerometer for auto screen rotation to match which way up the phone is held.

3G

The LG GC900 Viewty Smart features 3G which stands for third generation, and the system is the third generation in the evolution of mobile networks, after analogue and GSM. 3G offers high speed data transfers and the ability to make video calls between compatible mobile phones.

HSDPA

HSDPA offers a similar benefit to a 3G network that GPRS offered to the GSM networks. It offers a higher speed data transfer with a compatible handset. HSDPA is often referred to as Mobile Broadband.

Wi-Fi

With Wi-Fi you can use your LG phone on Orange to connect to a local wireless network (W-LAN) to connect to the internet. This offers a cheap (sometimes free) method of connecting to the net to download emails, files, or check on your favourite website.

A-GPS

A-GPS is a network service that can locate your position to within 100 metres by using a clever technique called triangulation. By sending a signal to three cell masts, A-GPS will work out your location by the location of the cells and your distance from them. When combined with a GPS enabled mobile phone, the addition of A-GPS enables a faster GPS satellite lock.
