LG Viewty

EN - Derbyshire-22/04/2009  This isn't a mobile with a camera - this is a damn good camera which just happens to have a phone! From removing the camera front cover (which is metal and not some flimsy piece of plastic) to insert the sim and Micro SD card one can tell that this is a quality 'phone. With it being my first touch phone, it took some time to get used to the system but within a couple of hours of playing with the thing. I was up and running. I'd always had trouble sending texts (mainly because of my big fat "gardeners" fingers) but by using the supplied stylus and keyboard in landscape mode sending texts was a breeze. If I have one complaint it is that this camera/phone needs some protection to keep it in pristine condition. I've therefore ordered a leather case from good old eBay and hopefully this will arrive in the next few days. Until then I will keep my LG Viewty wrapped up in cotton wool to preserve its lovely appearance. By the way, www.mobiles.co.uk were super to deal with. I ordered the phone (sorry, camera) one day and, true to their word, it arrived the next morning.

JL - ES-28/01/2009  So far this phone has been extremely impressive. Some marked improvements have been made to the sensitivity of the touchscreen since the LG viewty and the phone is probably the most compact touch screen mobile I have seen. The menu's are quick to navigate and the touch screen qwerty keyboard is a great feature.

JM - Devon-25/07/2008  Its a good all round phone I was pleased as soon as I seen it but when I started using it was even better. I was pleased with it cause it had a large screen and loud ringtone and I like the idea of the pen. Impressed with the service from the time I ordered my new phone.

PC - Merseyside-23/07/2008  I was very impressed by the general feel of the Lg viewty it felt like it was a quality bit of kit and the touch screen is nice and responsive, I particularly like the way the phone gives a vibration to confirm each touch of the screen. Other features that I was very impressed with were the video capture and the ability to enable slow motion playback, this coupled with the 5mp camera has eliminated the need to carrying a separate camera since the Viewtys camera is exceptional. On the downside I find that the battery life is not brilliant but what can anyone expect when so much is going on with the phone also the music library menu is not the clearest that I have seen but I can forgive it that. Generally, I love this phone and the only thing that I could possibly ask for that it doesn't have is sat nav...would I recommend this phone???....yes without question. 95 out of 100.

SK - County Londonderry-21/07/2008  The LG Viewty is a great phone, It is a simple phone to use with straightforward menu, but also has a playful quality to it and anyone who loves their gadgets will love the LG Viewty!

PD - Accrington-15/07/2008  The phone is great, its a bit hard to get used to at first, especially the touch screen feature but I soon got used to it in a matter of days. The camera is superb and the sound quality is spot on, maybe it could be slightly louder. The biggest problem I find with the phone is when I'm searching for a contact, my names are not in alphabetical order, for what reason I'm not sure. Apart from that, on the whole the phone is impressive and stylish.

DH - Dagenham-15/07/2008  I'm well pleased with this phone, fast fun and enjoyable, and really easy to get to grips with epically the touch screen. Only problem is battery life isn't great. Apart from that a great phone.

AH - London-  The LG Viewty is easily the best phone I have owned. Its touch screen is excellent and really fun to use. It's not big and bulky like the iPhone, but just as much fun to play with and has loads of features. I would also recommend mobiles.co.uk - they delivered exactly what I needed from them. SK - Nottinghamshire-  The Viewty amazes with its technological features and the large screen even makes average pictures look outstanding! It has a brilliant 5 mega-pixel camera with awesome image stabilizer and 120fps camcorder! Pretty loud speakers too for music!
