Long Description
Music Player
The Sony Ericsson C902 has a built in music player so you can carry your tunes with you, in your pocket, and listen to them when you want. Most digital formats are recognised on the phone, including MP3 and AAC.
Java
Java is often a forgotten feature on many phones, and is probably used in many ways without you even realising. If you play games on your phone, it's likely they are java apps. But java is so much more than games. It allows you to add extra functionality to your handset by installing third party apps to the phone. Add email functionality with Gmail, add a web browser from Opera Mini, add a business directory with Yell.com or keep an eye on a new purchase on Ebay.
Stereo FM Radio
With a Stereo FM Radio built in, you will always have access to the latest tunes on your Orange Sony C902 cybershot. Tune in to your favourite station, whenever you want, straight from your phone
Bluetooth 2.0
Bluetooth 2.0 is the next generation of Bluetooth connectivity. With Bluetooth 2.0 one of the biggest advantages is the possibility of listening to music with a compatible wireless headset in stereo. Less wires, less mess, more noise.
HSDPA
HSDPA on the Sony Ericsson C902 on Orange offers a similar benefit to a 3G network that GPRS offered to the GSM networks. It offers a higher speed data transfer with a compatible handset. HSDPA is commonly known as Mobile Broadband
Sony Ericsson C902 Cybershot
The Sony Ericsson C902 is branded with the Cybershot name, and the C902 has a 5.0 megapixel camera, with auto focus and face recognition software. Sony Ericsson has placed shortcuts to the most helpful camera shortcuts around the screen of the phone. These touch sensitive icons can quickly enable you to select the shortcut you need, for example turning on the flash or enabling macro mode. The C902 also supports HSDPA Mobile Broadband, has an FM radio with RDS support and Bluetooth 2.0
GD - Sussex-14/04/2009 fairly impressed with phone so far. lots of gadgets and camera is pretty good. Best way to work a phone is to have a play as i can never be bothered to read manual. I always used nokia's but found it easy to adjust. a little hard to text but i'm sure i will get used to used to it..
LC - London-24/03/2009 Another excellent phone by Sony Ericsson. This phone features a super slimline look, but is not too lightweight - good news for those of us who get in a panic thinking they've lost their phone every 5 minutes! The 5 mega pixel camera is a great feature and the slide out function to reveal the lens not only makes this phone feel quite high tech, but also allows you quick access to the camera function and keeps the lens safe from scratches and other environmental factors. Overall I'd say this phone was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a no fuss phone with good standard features and tasteful looks.
RC - UK-12/08/2008 Excellent phone, very good battery life, certainly one which I am happy with as I am able to take a few photos, have a number of phone conversations and still have the battery last 5 or so days, somewhat better than my last which even new only managed about half that for a similar usage. The camera is very good though takes a bit of getting used too, especially when shooting with the flash, expect a few shaky photos initially. Though I do like the way the camera is hidden neatly out of the way. The contacts area is so much better than the one I had on my previous phone, a Motorola, I also love the small size and thinness. Mobiles.co.uk were very easy to deal with, the order was processed and dispatched promptly and they paid the cash back site I used promptly as well.
DF - Kent-07/08/2008 After recently upgrading from a nokia D92 to the Ericsson C902, it made me realise how good Ericsson phones really are. The handset is very easy to use and allows you instantly to use all aspects of the phone with the greatest of ease. The camera is top quality too, one issue i had with previous phones is the camera would open in my pocket causing the battery to drain, bu with the pullout function this is not a problem. Plus the slim line aspect to the phone means you barely feel you are carrying it at all. So over all i must say it is the best phone i have ever had, and would highly recommend to anyone.
GO - Dyfed-06/08/2008 Premium quality phone. Fantastic camera in a very compact body. Wonderful service from Mobiles.co.uk as usual.
JE - Dorset-05/08/2008 What can I say, just received my new phone and it is even better than I had hoped. I've always had Sony Ericssons and this is the best one yet. Excellent camera and very stylish. I would recommend this phone to anyone.
CB - South Yorkshire-04/08/2008 Excellent phone, exactly what you would want in a camera phone, I upgraded from the k800 3 megapixel Sony Ericsson and I have not been disappointed. The only draw back is that they are very similar so it doesn't feel like a new different phone and also the buttons seem hard to get used to for texting. If you are wanting a good camera phone i'd recommend, if you are wanting a phone for other reasons than phoning and a high quality mobile camera, i'd probably opt for something else.
PP - Lancashire-01/08/2008 I am really satisfied with the phone i bought from you, it's a Sony Ericsson C902, which is a great phone.
DG - Gwent-31/07/2008 The phone is by far the best phone ive had. dont miss nothing from my last phone.
HM - County Down-30/07/2008 I have recently taken out a contract on orange with the Sony Ericsson C902. This is a really great phone. Has all the latest technology and an excellent camera. I had the Sony Ericsson W850i before I got this one and most of the workings are the same so there isn't a great deal I have to learn. Great looking phone and excellent service from Mobiles.co.uk and the free gift of 125 pound is an excellent bonus.
MS - Essex-28/07/2008 I had a k850i so I like sony ericsson the new c902 is a great phone a seamless transition from old to new great camera lack of xenon is a little problem but not a great deal of difference the phone looks great very good ringtone volume all round a very easy phone to use.
MC - London-25/07/2008 I love my new Sony Ericsson C902. The 5mp camera is brilliant.
SK - Wolverhampton-24/07/2008 So far I am please with my sony ericsson C902 and contract. It has been easy to use. I recently have been on holiday and my camera broke down. I used my C902 instead, it was easy to navigate the touch screen and even managed a panorama picture. This was all managed without the instruction book. The only pitfall was that when the flash was cancelled, in some situations the flash was fired: now I am back home I need to find out if I can prevent this happening.
DJ - West Yorkshire-23/07/2008 What a gorgeous phone this is! Sleek, comfortable in the hand, so easy to use and familiarise.
DL - Surrey-22/07/2008 The c902 is just the right size handset in the 5mp camera range. Not to small that your fingers get in the way of the lens and not to fat that it bulks out in your pockets. It has the same menu set up as previous sony ericsson's so it not hard to navigate around options. The one thing I find is missing which would put this phone miles ahead of anyone, is if it came with wireless internet search like the nokia N95. Looks very stylish out of the box and the slide function is much better on this than some other slide phones. My rating for this is 8.5/out of 10
PM - Glasgow-18/07/2008 The Sony C902 is a fantastic phone for music fantastic camera and overall ease of use I moved from a w880i and the move was very easy but the c902 is so jam packed with features it is great fun to use.
SS - Bradford-18/07/2008 The Sony Ericsson C902 is a very stylish, well-built mobile phone. It has a smooth camera slider action, which means the back is smooth with no camera sticking out. Looks and feels amazing - especially the touch sensitive buttons that light up. Can take nine shots in one rapid burst, before giving you the option of selecting the best one. Music and sound is good too! Messaging isn't as good as I was expecting as the keys are a little stiff and angled but you get used to that. Text is easy to read, and when sending a new message you are able to select from a list of recently used contacts to send your message to. Overall, its a stylish mobile with a slim body and funky touch controls.
DG - Reading-16/07/2008 One word describes this phone "fantastic". The camera is amazing, with all the features you would expect in a digital camera. The music player is also excellent. I no longer need my iPod, or digital camera, just this phone.
DS - Midlothian-16/07/2008 I love my C902, the camera is by far it's best feature. I won't have to take a separate camera on holiday with me, it's that good!
LS - Ayrshire-16/07/2008 I am enjoying my new phone. So much more up to date that my old one. The camera on it is superb, great pictures!
CC - Lancashire-16/07/2008 The C902 is a great phone, looks great and feels good in the hand. As for style I would say spot on. Camera quality is great.
KB - Stockport-16/07/2008 I have had all different phones and this is looking like the best one from far. It looks great, it's slim, does not weigh much for your top pocket and wow the camera is amazing the touch screen with hypnotic blue neon lights what buzz when touched, face detection, and 5 megapixels. The x-Pict story is good as well, you can set up any pics you like then put them in a story, just wished it came with a M2 memory card that is the only down side to the phone I think if that was included you would have one of the best phones on the market.
GB - Aberdeen-16/07/2008 The C902 is amazing!!! Camera quality is second only to top of the range "cameras" very versatile with loads of downloads. Very easy to use menu. This phone also has a tilt sensor for the games you download.... just like the PS3! Did I mention that it looks funky too?! I love this phone.
AM - Surrey-14/07/2008 Great phone, camera is very good. Nice and slim and simple - lovely design. Battery life doesn't seem as good as my k800i. But, I haven't had any problems with it at all. The touch screen stuff is reserved for the camera functions which make it easy to use and uncomplicated. I love it.
AC - Middlesex-14/07/2008 I recently switched back to Sony Ericsson having spent the last few years with Motorola. I have to say the C902 is a great option. The phone is much lighter than it looks, it is slim and not at all bulky and looks great. So far I have found the phone easy to use, with a good battery life and the photo quality is amazing. A great phone that I would recommend highly.
JP - Borehamwood-10/07/2008 I immediately fell in love with the phone's photo-capabilities, especially the auto-focusing and the mind blowing quality of the photos. I think on this phone Sony have surpassed themselves. It's the best ever and it does away with the need to purchase a separate digital camera when you have such good capabilities on your phone.
SW - Milton Keynes-10/07/2008 This is the first time I have used the internet to purchase a phone, very easy everything went well, delivery of my new C902, my number transferred without a hitch! My new phone again is excellent, I have had Sony Ericsson's before but the photo quality of this phone is amazing with nice touch screen features, as yet I haven't a complaint to make!
