The K800i is a nice phone, good screen and very good camera. It is a bit bulky especially the camera slider on the back. But overall I am impressed. The service from Mobiles.co.uk has been good so far.RS - Cambridgeshire

The K800i looks good. It appears to be easy to use and has all the features I would want from a phone. The kids like the look of the included games and the camera has more features than my own digital camera! Slightly disappointing that it uses Sony's own-brand memory stick rather than an SD card, but the cost of a new card doesn't seem too prohibitive.EH - Leicestershire

Stylish, sophisticated, all round good phone. With this phone you don't need to carry a camera, picture quality is super. The K800i is not a small phone compared with some, but by no means big, in proportion more like.CL - County Durham

I'm very happy with my Sony Ericsson K800i! The menus are easy to work out and it's a breeze to personalise the phone, which I've done already. The camera is simple to activate, though because of the design it is a little bulkier in my back pocket that previous phones I've had. The display is excellent, the colours true and the photo quality very good. Sending MMS/SMS is much easier than in some phones (eg Samsung), and adding/amending contacts is simple. I find adding entries into the calendar more long-winded than before, and entries can't be repeated on a regular basis (once a day/week/month) as they can in other phones. The calendar reminder also cannot be 'snoozed', so if you want a new reminder 10 mins later, you have to adjust the timing of the original entry. I don't use all the features that it has to offer - yet - but all in all I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend the phone to others.TW - Evesham

I have just got the Sony Ericsson K800i, I think it's a real quality phone. The last one I had was a Nokia 6300. I miss the Nokia 6300 because it was a lot slimmer and the 16 million colours really does make a difference to the screen resolution. However I think the K800i has better sound quality although its not as loud. K800i is better with memory capacity as it can hold up to an amazing 8GB as with the 6300 it is limited to 2GB. I love the neon flash which is one of the best features and the 3.2 mega pixel which is higher than the standard nowadays of 2 mega pixel. I prefer SE to Nokia as it is more compatible with games but themes aren't as good as the menu icons cannot be changed. The 3G and video calling features are cool. Overall it's the original cybershot and its better then most of the new phone coming on to the market today - a real classic.IM - Bedfordshire

I have switched from Nokia to Sony for the first time since I've had a mobile (8 years now!). Initially the change was difficult with the keys and functions being noticeably different. After a week you adapt and find some snazzy features such as its music player, games selections and great web serving facilities. The joystick navigator is nice and nimble. You have to be precise when you press down, otherwise you could be choosing a function you did not mean to. The camera is great. Having come from a 2 mega pixel Nokia to this 3 mega pixel Sony the quality improvement is easily twice as good. The slideshow facility allows you to share your photos with all your friends with a simple click of the next slide button. The only downside to the camera is that its lens cover happens to open when you put the mobile in your pocket and your battery could quickly drain. So be careful where you keep your K800i.AL - West Yorkshire

The Sony Ericsson K800i is a great little phone with everything I need for the day to day - including an impressively good cybershot camera giving excellent pictures. The only down side to the phone is the joy-stick style menu button - I've never found these the easiest to use, and often found they don't last as long as the rest of the phone - time will tell on this one. So far though I've been very impressed - a great, solid all rounder.DP - Southampton

The Sony Ericsson K800i is an excellent camera phone with high resolution and a big screen to view pictures. The radio feature is very handy and the signal is good. It has a long battery life but is compatible with most Ericsson chargers if you find yourself forgetting to charge it. It is a bit on the large side, but in terms of value for money i'd say it was the best out there and it does make it hard to lose!AL - Birmingham

My SE K800i is a great camera phone. I love the panoramic photo feature which allows you to merge three photos into one. The buttons on the keypad are a bit smaller than I'm used to but I'm getting used to that. The only other niggle I've discovered so far is the shutter on the camera sometimes opens by accident when in my pocket but all in all it's a great phone.SP - West Yorkshire

Great phone! Very high quality camera, easy to use and to send/process the results. Intuitive interface, very clear and easy to use. A real boys' phone, though - too chunky and techie for girls!JR - Hertfordshire

The K800i has a lot in it, so it is a bit chunky and the battery life may be disappointing. The camera takes 3.2Mb fotos but is slow in saving them. The RDS radio is very good. I'd give this phone 3 stars out of five.CK - Mid Glamorgan

I've had sony ericcson phones in the past and I really like the standard features they offer...but on the K800i what I dont like: the joystick, difficult to use and often selects wrong option, cannot use in a hurry!! The camera casing is very prominent and is always sliding open in my bag. Ringer is quite quiet, so I sometimes miss calls. My * key cannot be used to lock the phone (normally hold and lock sets, but not mine...not sure if this is a general feature of this model or just a fault on mine. I do like: The camera and flash, my pictures have improved, also the memory card feature means I can have loads of music and space for pics.MB - London

My new Sony Ericsson K800i is a complete digital companion for me, there is no need for a digital camera too because it has an excellent quality 3 Megapixel camera. It almost has all the latest features that are available. I like it so much, the size, the style and everything else!BV - Basingstoke
Really good phone, has everything I need. Only one bad thing about it is the joystick brakes easily.JB - Tenterden
