Music Player
With a built in music player, you can carry your tunes with you, in your pocket, and listen to them when you want. Most digital formats are recognised on the phone, including MP3 and AAC. The PEBL is compatible with Windows Media Player 11
2.0 Megapixel Camera
A built in 2.0 megapixel camera, the PEBL U9 takes quality pictures that you will want to share with your friends. Store them in your phone, email them to friends or upload them to your blog
Java
Java is often a forgotten feature on many phones, and is probably used in many ways without you even realising. If you play games on your phone, it’s likely they are java apps. But java is so much more than games. It allows you to add extra functionality to your handset by installing third party apps to the phone. Add email functionality with Gmail, add a web browser from Opera Mini, add a business directory with Yell.com or keep an eye on a new purchase on Ebay.
QVGA Colour Screen
The PEBL has a large bright QVGA screen supporting up to 256,000 colours.
GPRS
GPRS is a packet data service that allows you to browse the internet and send emails at faster speeds then you will achieve on a standard dial up connection. GPRS is charged by the amount of data sent in a session, rather than the length of time of connection.
The Motorola U9 PEBL blends Motorola design with a high class music experience, offering new ways to see, feel and hear the stylish side of music. Small and lightweight, the curvaceous PEBL has graphite metallic gloss and soft touch finishes and fits perfectly in the pocket or hand. Music can be controlled from the outside with touch sensitive keys. The PEBL also has a 2.0 megapixel camera and support for Bluetooth 2.0
