1.3 Megapixel Camera
With a built in 1.3 megapixel camera, the Orange Samsung J700 in pink takes quality pictures that you will want to share with your friends. Store them in your phone, email them to friends or upload them to your blog.
Bluetooth 2.0
Bluetooth 2.0 is the next generation of Bluetooth connectivity. With Bluetooth 2.0 one of the biggest advantages is the possibility of listening to music with a compatible wireless headset in stereo. Less wires, less mess, more noise. The J700 rocks.
Java
Java is often a forgotten feature on many mobile phones, and is probably used in many ways without you even realising. If you play games on your phone, it's likely they are java apps. But java is so much more than games. It allows you to add extra functionality to your handset by installing third party apps to the phone. Add email functionality with Gmail, add a web browser from Opera Mini, add a business directory with Yell.com or keep an eye on a new purchase on Ebay.
Music Player
With a built in music player in the Samsung j700, you can carry your tunes with you, in your pocket, and listen to them when you want. Most digital formats are recognised on the phone, including MP3 and AAC.
Stereo FM Radio
With a Stereo FM Radio built in, you will always have access to the latest tunes on your phone. Tune in to your favourite station, whenever you want, straight from your phone.
GPRS
GPRS is a packet data service that allows you to browse the internet and send emails at faster speeds using the Pink Samsung J700 on Orange then you will achieve on a standard dial up connection. GPRS is charged by the amount of data sent in a session, rather than the length of time of connection.
The Pink Samsung SGH-J700 is a premium style mobile phone, with a sleek and stylish look. The phone has a reflective mirror-like surface and is styled in the now popular slim slide up style Samsung is becoming famous for. The Samsung J700 offers the perfect package for trend-setting style users with a host of well-rounded features, including a 1.3 megapixel camera, video recorder, MP3 music player and Bluetooth 2.0 support.

SP - Bedfordshire-08/08/2008 my new phone is great i like samsung phones, and my kids really love the free gift i received. i was really pleased with the service of how quickly it was sent out. the service was fantastic.
GR - Middlesex-07/08/2008 I think the j700 is a very good phone it looks great is very light and easy to navigate around the menus the only thing that could have been better is the camera it is a lower megapixel than my old phone and you can see the difference.
CS - Edinburgh-06/08/2008 Overall this is a decent handset - small and shiny and thats what I like.
RT - North Yorkshire-05/08/2008 The phone has already been commandeered by my wife who finds it so easy to use, and the loudspeaker feature is what she has always wanted.
SK - Hertfordshire-04/08/2008 I have the phone in pink and I like the colour, it's cute. The phone has some interesting photo features, you can play around with the pictures and put frames on them, etc. I miss the loudspeaker function from my last phone as this was good when you couldn't have the phone by your ear, for example when late and getting dressed.
DV - Lancashire-03/08/2008 Phone is excellent. Slim and good looking. Had doubts after reading some of the reviews but no regrets. It may not be up to the minute techno standards but as a phone it does the job impeccably. Text'ing took a bit of getting used to after a Motorola but once you get going it's OK. Lots of features to use if you so wish. Service and delivery were brilliant.
CH - Hampshire-02/08/2008 I love the fact that my phone came with a free pay as you talk phone as well, this will be great for holidays and festivals and things, it enables me to stay in contact at these sorts of places without the worry of something happening to my main phone. I love the look of my phone but do not think the camera is very good, however this is not what I bought the phone for so am happy with the product as a whole. I think the service from Mobiles.co.uk was excellent.
DM - London-01/08/2008 I have this phone in pink, it looks nice, is light and is good if you're looking for a basic phone. Simple to use, downside is the memory I can only save two songs, so need to invest in a memory card. All in all good value for money
LD - Cheshire-29/07/2008 The Samsung J700 is easy to use; it does everything that I want a phone to do and more! It has taken a bit of getting used to as I had the U600 for a year. The controls are slightly different for the J700, but it gets easier with every use. It has great battery power and only needs charging every week at the minute. I would recommend it to anyone.
SS - Cheshire-28/07/2008 The Samsung J700 is a slim, lightweight handset that feels robust and is easy to use with a straighforward and easy to understand menu. Screen display is clear and bright and use of the key pad presents no problems. The phone has plenty of features and I think only the most ardent technophile will find something missing. The only criticism - it is too easy to lock the keypad when sliding open the unit - but I don't think this will cause anybody any real inconvenience.
CB - Cornwall-24/07/2008 My new Samsung J700 is a solid phone to have especially if your not a big phone buff like myself, its simple, easy to use and has all the new gizmos and features your likely to need.
BB - County Antrim-23/07/2008 The Samsung J700 is a great phone for those seeking the basics, i.e calling and sending/receiving texts. My previous phone was the Samsung D500. In comparison the J700 does not have a screensaver to display the clock and the keys are quite stiff so texting can be a task but never-the-less it has the looks of an expensive phone (Samsung G600) which is a plus by any means!
JR - Surrey-22/07/2008 Great phone, it can do nearly all the latest things the new technology phones can do, but just very basic. Holds alot of storage too, and have not had a problem yet! Thanks
PR - Lancashire-22/07/2008 My new J700 is absolutely fine, camera is great - got some good videos of the grandchildren. Not exactly a technophobe but I found the phone so easy to use. Lasts four days on a full charge too!
JA - Essex-22/07/2008 I previously had a Samsung U600 and ordered another Samsung as I had been so pleased with my last phone. I find the Samsung format easy to navigate and the icons make sense. The graphics on the J700 are less good than the U600 as they appear to be more fuzzy. I would also like more options on ringtones as there's only one - not everyone wants to pay for a download. In all other respects the phone is easy to use. I like the sliding style which avoids having to lock the keypad. I liked the light touch keypad on the U600 better than that of the J700 which requires a more positive touch to register the number. The FM radio, bluetooth etc work fine.
AM - Lancashire-18/07/2008 For the price the phone is fine. It does lack the quality that the d series phones have. The camera is a bit timid. But it works. Changing the standard tones is a pain. I do find it not as user friendly as the d series of phones. As sticking a charger in the side is awkward. But it does what its meant to and it looks good.
