has the latest software Android 2.3 which is Gingerbread BUT most importantly, it will be getting ICS (IceCream Sandwich) which is Android 4.0! Older phones will not be able to even get a sniff of ICS due to hardware limitations..

- Depending on how much you use your phone, the stock battery is 1730mAh which apparently is not so good. This is because the screen is very big and will use more power at any fixed setting for a given time.
Personally, I use a 1900mAh by Anker which i bought on ebay - very good.
The phone may be a bit too big for you depending on the size of your hand.
I think HTC could have used better materials to build this high end phone but then HTC are known for making value for money handsets.
The 3D is more of a gimmick and doesn't work so well. i hardly use it but the camera buttons look high quality.
