Transfer your number to Talkmobile

It's easy to keep your number. Just contact your current provider and request a PAC (porting authorisation code), then simply give talkmobile's customer services a call and give them your PAC code once you have your new phone.

Talkmobile will then transfer your number within 2 working days or you can request a date that is convenient for you.

Please note: you will need to request your PAC code before completing your purchase with us, and then supply it in the cart when you order.

Which Tariff Do I Want?

Virgin has made choosing a tariff simple by offering a limited number of packages for both 12 and 18 month contracts. The packages offered are very varied so they cater to everyone's phone needs. Most of the tariffs will come with a free phone, and there is a large selection of phones to choose from. Its simple to decide the tariff package that will suite you, just decide how many minutes and texts you would like and then pick a tariff that is similar to what you want.

All Virgins contracts are really flexible as they can be changed to one of the same value or higher, any month you choose.

Talkmobile Lifesaver gives you an extra £1 when you run out of credit. You can use it for everything from texts and calls to browsing the web. You can even use it when you're overseas.

When your standard credit runs out, just use your Lifesaver credit. As long as you've been with Talkmobile for 60 days, and have topped up at least £5 after this time, then you become eligible for Lifesaver.

You pay back the Lifesaver credit you've used the next time you top up - plus an extra 10p service charge. Then you'll have another £1 Lifesaver credit ready to use whenever you need it.
