Transfer your number to Virgin

If you have become attached to your number, don't worry - Vodafone make the process of transferring it onto your new mobile painless and fast. Simply contact the network your number is currently with and request a 'PAC code', then give this to Vodafone customer services once you have your new phone. It is important to note that you cannot currently transfer your old number onto Vodafone after connection, so if you want to keep your number you must let us know before completing your order.

Which Tariff Do I Want?

Virgin has made choosing a tariff simple by offering a limited number of packages for both 12 and 18 month contracts. The packages offered are very varied so they cater to everyone's phone needs. Most of the tariffs will come with a free phone, and there is a large selection of phones to choose from. Its simple to decide the tariff package that will suite you, just decide how many minutes and texts you would like and then pick a tariff that is similar to what you want.

All Virgins contracts are really flexible as they can be changed to one of the same value or higher, any month you choose.
