I was a little apprehensive in ordering a 'refurbished' iPhone X as I did not know what to expect. I did make a call and they were very helpful on the phone (for those moaning about there is no contact number, there is a phone number at the top right of the home screen), they stated the refurb essentially means that a previous customer returned it within the 14 day cooling period and the phone is not labelled new because a sim has been in it for a short amount of time. I was also assured there is a full 1 year warranty with every phone. So I took a punt/risk. The deal was £150 for the iPhone X and £32 a month (2 years) on o2 which was ridiculously cheap for such a good phone and network provider. I went through Quidco (£25 cashback) and also got a £10 off pop up on the phone so essentially paying £115 for a new iPhone X. I ordered on the Friday afternoon and was kept up to date by mobiles and dpd and was expecting delivery on the next day (Saturday) - the driver attempted delivery but they never even knocked so being frustrated at this I called dpd and unfortunately Mobiles never submitted line 2 of my address which had my flat number on it so they could not deliver. After over an hour on the phone to mobiles and dpd I arranged to collect this on Sunday. Although this was a massive pain, the way both Mobiles and DPD corrected this was very good and I would not rate them poorly because they were very helpful and mistakes do happen, I hate when people blast companies for something so insignificant so based on the deal and experience, 5* all the way, I will be telling everyone to come here.
Tremendous. I bought the refurbished iPhone X at around half the price of what EE were selling a new X at. It may as well have been brand new, no marks or damage. It’s a gamble but when you’re paying half price you probably don’t mind some minor marks anyway
Received my phone and volume didn’t work sent it back the next day and have not received a new phone as of yet. That was2 weeks ago plus! Have tried several times to get through to mobiles.co.uk their systems are always down When I phone. Have been promised that someone will phone me back but I’m still waiting. I purchased my phone almost 3 weeks ago! Still waiting!! I’m so disappointed.
Hi thanks for the phone. I have had a bit of a problem with it. I believe the screen has been tampered with and this has had an effect on display. I have taken to the Apple Centre in Newcastle and the experts agree there’s something not quite tight with the phone. The same refurbished model I got for my daughter at the same time is, however, fine!
I really love the phone. The fact that you can access files straight from your laptop is a game changer. I love the facial recognition... but it does tend to freeze and sometimes the screen flickers! Something I never encountered with my iPhone 5S. I'm unsure if this is going to last as long as my previous phone.
Extremely disappointed as was sold this phone under false pretences. Was told by mobiles.co.uk that the phone was brand new in box not opened only returned and when it came it wasn’t in an iPhone box, there was no earphones, no instructions or manual for the phone and it wasn’t covered by protective plastic.
Brilliant company. Very fast delivery too. More than happy with the service. Would be nice to be accepted for more than 1 handset but again very happy with the 1 I recieved.

Phone arrived problems straight out of the box kept cutting off voice calls after many phone calls to customer service finally got through still waiting for replacement handset 7 days later
Phone is perfect like brand new and the process was so easy, the phone came the next day and we didn’t have to do mess about calling anyone. Definitely recommend this service
