I love the iPhone XR. Having previously an iPhone 6 I knew how to use it right away. Only thing that is very frustrating is not being able to charge and put your headphones in at the same time. Didn’t think it would bother me that much as you can buy a splitter from amazon but they don’t work 90% of the time. I bought the headphone adapter from apple and when I call people they complain they can’t hear me as it’s too muffled so problem with the splitter aswell.

Overall the service with was excellent. are absolutely amazing. At first I was a bit hesitant using this website because my sister said that if there’s any problems with your phone, it’s hard to contact them- but if I had any problems with the phone I would go Apple store so I ignored her. The day before Black Friday I bought an iPhone xr with an o2 tariff. When Black Friday came, a much better deal came along on Vodafone. I called the customer service line and said I wanted to exchange the deal. At first she said I had to return the handset even though it’s for the exact same phone but then later said I can keep it and start using it. Later that day I received a phone call from mobile I believe from someone called Rebecca. She was absolutely lovely and she confirmed the deal I wanted and explained that she was processing the deal for Vodafone right now and would send me a text to confirm it once the credit check is done. She also said she would send my sim by dpd so I get it quicker. 5mins later I get a text to say my sim is on its way. Now on Saturday, my sim comes and I get a phone call from mobiles again to process my refund as the o2 deal had a £175 upfront cost but the Vodafone deal had no upfront cost. I was told I would get a call Monday or Tuesday but the lady told me that because of the demand for Black Friday, they’re catching up with it on the weekend. That was perfect as it meant I got my money quicker. Lastly I asked her if everything was set up right and the direct debit was in place as I hadn’t received any emails from Vodafone. She said it has but to contact Vodafone as they should have sent it by now, but as it was the weekend it wasn’t a working day and that it could be processed mon/tues. Contacted Vodafone and they confirmed everything was fine and set up. Did have an issue with my mobile data not working but advisor from Vodafone sorted that out quickly aswell

So had a pleasant experience shopping with, would recommend them 100%. Any slight problems I had were quickly resolved no problem and mobiles made this process as simple and as quick as can be as everything they sent to me was sent next day delivery

So far the iPhone XR has been a significant improvement to my previous phone which was the iPhone 7, it has a larger capacity storage, the colour white is just gorgeous, although skeptical at first as we all are with white, the screen size takes a bit of getting used to but it’s off a decent size, where it’s not to large, the speakers are a great improvement upon the iPhone 7 and the battery life so far is much much better, take my phone off charge first thing in the morning and the battery is lasting easy a day and a half without a charge, the iPhone 7 I had really lacked a decent battery, it was on charge every couple hours, I haven’t fully tested out the camera but from what I Have seen, it won’t let me down in any use I give it

Unfortunately my experience when ordering with your company has been disappointing. My friend had recommended the website as well as my mum after both using it, however I am far from satisfied.
When ordering my product over the phone the sales team was lovely, explaining everything perfectly and being very helpful. My product was supposed to arrive the next day and never did. I called up the customer services team and the lady on the other end of the phone was far from helpful and I found her attitude towards the situation careless and rude. I could not be told a reason as to why my order had apparently been cancelled after the item had been paid for and dispatched all the way down to my local depot to then be sent back again. I then tried to call the courier up in which all phone calls were automated and prerecorded with no option to speak to an operator. I then emailed them and they replied to say that the issue should be taken up with the company in which i bought my product with. So quite frankly stuck in an ultimatum.
I then called customer services back up again where I then spoke with the same lady who I'd spoken with originally and I asked what was going to happen. In which she replied with a very blunt "nothing". I was then told that my money would be refunded my money in the next 3-5 working days and that I couldn't order anything again with them for the next 30 days.
So I have been left with no phone, no explanation as to what's gone wrong in the first place and feeling extremely frustrated!

Everyone needs to be warned of this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The phone was delivered promptly on next day delivery, however it arrived faulty with a mark on the screen which looked like condensation under the screen. I contacted the customer service team straight away and they advised me to return the phone, which I did right away. This was extremely annoying and inconvenient on its own. I tracked the phone and it was delivered back to them the next day. This is where the saga really started. I chased the customer service team daily by phone, for the next TWO WEEKS. I was initially told the replacement would arrive within 24-48 hrs. It didn't arrive for 2 weeks. I was given different answers each time I called, hung up on, blind transferred to different staff, had to go through security about 5 times each call. I was told the replacement phone was out for delivery, when in reality they hadn't even sent it. Staff lied to me on numerous occasions, were rude and unhelpful. The new replacement phone eventually turned up 2 weeks later, without any communication. I was promised calls back for my complaint from a manager, and never ever received phone calls. I was paying for a phone I did not have for 2 weeks. Not been offered any sort of compensation for this or for the poor customer service. Not even an apology for what I've been through. Beware

I’m not at all pleased with the service I have been provided. I took this contract out over two months ago, I was advised at the time I would receive a cash back cheque within two weeks. I still don’t have my cheque even when I’ve chased twice. The headphones I received with my phone have broken on the third use, only one of the buds work now. And lastly my signal since I have had this phone has been awful. I understand this may be an issue with O2 however other people I know who are with O2 are not having the problems I am, leading me to believe it is something wrong with my handset. I live in central Birmingham, and cannot get 4g 70% of the time. When I make calls the signal falls in and out constantly. Really really disappointed.

I've really enjoyed getting to grips with my new phone, it's fast and easy and makes my old 6S seem prehistoric. Enjoy the facial recognition feature, and particular find the extra storage useful (previously only had 16GB), and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything by not getting the XS - obviously there will be some newfangled whistles and bells there but I remain happily oblivious! One of the best things by far is the battery life, my old phone would last about half a day before it needed charging whereas I can leave the XR almost TWO DAYS before it needs to be topped up. Would recommend if you want a new phone that's got a great camera, loads of storage, and doesn't cost the earth.

i am absolutely disgusted with the service from this website. i ordered this phone a week ago and next day delivery was promised, yet it has been a week and i am still with no phone. they tried to deliver it twice when i was out, but after that gave up trying and even though i was promised it would come today and i stayed in all day for it, it still hasn’t arrived and i have been given no way of contacting or complaining to the delivery service. it would be better for me to cancel the order and go and buy the phone in person but this website is so shady i struggle to believe i’ll even get a refund if i did.

I love my new iPhone XR. I have always had a Samsung and finally decided to change over to iPhone and I don’t know why I didn’t change years ago. It’s the perfect size for me, it’s really easy to use, very fast and I love all the extra things it does. The camera is brilliant and selfies are so easy to take. I also love the colour of the red.
I thought I would really miss my back button on my Samsung but not at all, I don’t even need one. Also not having a home button is no issue either.

The original iPhone XR actually broke within 2 days of receiving it, before my PAC code had activated.

The sleep and volume buttons stopped working, then started again intermittently, but it was random.

Followed a number of online trouble shooting guides but nothing worked.
I spoke to who said I must visit a Carphone Warehouse shop.
I did later that day and was immediately told the phone was faulty and I received another phone there and then, no quibbles and no paperwork.
Since receiving my new phone it’s been great.
