An embedded SIM (eSIM) is a digital version of a physical SIM card. It's already in your phone and means you can be connected without needing a plastic sim card to be delivered. Activated by downloading an eSIM profile, an eSIM allows you to access multiple networks from one phone.

eSIM Setup

With an eSIM you don’t have to install a physical card but instead you’ll download the eSIM information. Your chosen network will send you information on how to do this and we’ll also send you more information on next steps once we’ve completed your order. You can also read more here.

To setup the eSIM on your device you’ll need an existing internet connection to connect and download the eSIM profile to your device from your chosen network. This can be your home Wifi.
