Samsung Galaxy A21s

Came really quickly next day delivery and much cheaper than my current provider (3),really happy the only thing i will say is I clicked white and ordered white said white at the checkout, then my confirmation email said blue. And its blue that has arrived,however doesn't make much difference.

Fantastic camera. Back seems loose and ill fitting. Always on display is not a feature, it's not a big thing but it's really annoying when I've had it for the last 3 years on my old phone. I probably would have got a different Samsung if I'd realised it was not standard on all galaxys!

The sales experiences was very good with both phone and SIM card arriving the following day. Sadly that is where customer service ends. Phone companies like many other industries put their top team in sales and have a very remote and robotic after service team. I had difficulty in changing the phone number using my pac code. Getting through to Customer Service at Mobiles.co.uk was a very lengthy and tedious process. Once I eventually got through, I was advised I need to speak to EE. Same problem with EE, no easy to find phone numbers and when I did get through, they said I would have the phone number ready to use by the next day. 3 days later, I chased only to be told it would be another 3 days because it was a Friday so over a week has gone by and still no phone.

It was even worse with Tesco Mobile, I was without phone access for over a month and the reason for changing networks. After giving up the will to live, I contacted the CEO's office by email (only choice, no phone numbers) and despite a very prompt response, it merely delayed problem solving for over a week. Their service was even worse than the standard Customer Service. Oh and I was told there's no technicians at Tesco Mobile and the staff are working from home (how many times have you heard this one in the last few months as an excuse for poor service and no access to anyone senior). So the technician replacement is their CS team working through a Troubleshooting sheet. Yours Exhausted. This will no doubt end up on the bin and the poor service continues.

This phone has to be the best value for money phone I've ever bought. With an excellent large screen and all the benefits of phones priced much higher it's a perfect replacement for my S7 Edge. From ease if use to the new security fixtures you won't get a better phone for the money.

Very impressed with the service from Mobiles.co.uk. Phone and SIM delivered promptly at the stated time (even told the name of the driver delivering it!) Very pleased with the phone so far, still working out how to use it (worlds biggest techiphobe!) Excellent!

Unfortunately,I cannot write anything about my experience with this Mobile A21s because I have already canceled the contract, and on Monday, the phone will be returned due to the lack of a rich network in our area.

My Galaxy is blue. I am very pleased with the colour It is a little different to my old mobile, and I was surprised I did not receive a detailed booklet of instructions

I've only had it a week so far. I can use it and set it up, I really normally have trouble with phones when I first get them. It is good quality and a lovely style

I got a Samsung galaxy black not white. It’s bigger than I’m used to, but it appears to work. It’s early days to see how good the phone is.

The cameras on the phone are great. Really pleased at how well the battery lasts and the overall look of the phone.
