This phone is ace! Delivered the next day and easy to set up. Previously had the iphone8 which was good but this is a step up. Screen is sharper, sound quality improved; quicker processing, and picture quality from the dual camera is so much better. After a week I’m well pleased with my choice

The phone never arrived

Completed the process online and due to promotional offer page couldn’t go back to the page to finalise order Brit was able to trace the application with an email sent straight away to my mobile and was able to contact customer services and staff who has handled was great to go through the rest of the order process and booked the delivery of the handset for next day delivery. Overall with so many comparisons with other networks and comparison sites we have got the best deal with upfront cost to reduce monthly payments

You don’t even know what phone I’ve bought plus you advertised £40 reward to recommend a friend then wrote to me stating £25 and so far I’ve had nothing

Also people beware because this have inconvenienced us more than you can imagine , if you buy a vodafone plan through a 3rd party like car phone warehouse and not direct with Vodafone you can’t keep your current mobile number

I am very pleased with my new phone. Not only did I get a fantastic deal my new phone came the next day. I received detailed emails regarding my contract and courier company DPD had an accurate tracking system in number position when your phone will be delivered to you. Excellent service throughout, I have already recommended to my friends and family.

Very fast delivery love the colour I have had Samsung’s for the past 8 years and thought I would have a change to a iPhone I couldn’t be more pleased very easy to set up and get started top marks

I don’t have the yellow - I have the green. But so far love it. The green is darker than expected round the edges compared to photos but otherwise enjoying it so far a lot.
