I decided it was time to get a more up to date phone after having an iphone 4s for years but i didnt want to spend too much so after coming across this website i decided on a reurbished iphone 6s, i have to admit i was a little dubious at first as to what i would be recieving but when it came i was pleasantly surprised! it wasnt in the original box but they do state, this but the phone itself was in immaculate condition active as soon as i put the sim card in. The communication from the company is very good although i did have to wait all day before it was confirmed that my order would go ahead, they, did however keep my informed that they were still processing my order. My phone still would have been delivered the very next day but i wasnt going to be in so i re arranged for delivery for the following day which was easy enough to do. Would use again, and have already recommended to a friend.
After looking at other reviews, I decided to purchase an iphone 6s refurbished and O2 monthly plan. Great deal as the handset only cost £50.
Worried it was too good to be true, however I was pleasantly surprised.
When I ordered over a weekend, the site said the item wasn't in stock but they would advise me when it was. Well on the Monday they advised me they were sending the handset. Very impressive.
Received the handset that week. No power adaptor.
O2 account details and sim arrived quickly too.
I intend to be a repeat customer. I can't fault the service or price.
The phone is good so far however my issue is I took out the phone for £18 a month it just had a letter through saying it’s £26
Customer service if very poor. Not professional at all, they can't even solve very simple and basic problem.
Keep bouncing me to solve the handset problem one place to another. Fist they send me to carphonewherehoise in tooting than another branch than another. Finely they book it for repair without any temporary replacement.
Worse customer service ever. Handset not working properly, Bettery proble, sound problem.
Really disappointed for the service I have received and will never buy or recommend to anyone I know, in social media, social group, blog I manage with thousands of users. I am really angry and frustrated how can they deal with customers like that!
My son zchris purchased the phone on my behalf in Oct while I was on sicklist. Asking to keep my old number gave problems from beginning. Still can't access my account smoothly the demand being to provide a mobile number valid in U.K. Spend much time chatting on line I thought this was sorted but same trouble cropped up again yesterday. I hate the phone and am bitterly disappointed with it. The photo procedure instead of being improved is less so. I feel it is still tied to the previous owner. Generally it is a big disappointment my old phone was better. How can I get this instrument changed for a better one? Marian Barstow
Okay. The man that sold this phone to me told me at the very end of the sale that it may come in different packaging because the original packaging may have been damaged. At no time was I told that it was a Grade A refurbished phone. That became obvious when it arrived. I've stayed with it because it looked okay. However, after 3 weeks, I've noticed that it gets very hot after moderate usage. I also cannot save photos from the internet if I want to. (occasionally it gives me the option to save image).
So at this stage I'm not overly impressed and I'm considering sending an official complaint to the said company.
The phone will show high battery, then drop to low instantly. Sometimes it will go flat when showing 50% battery previously. The sound quality on hands free calling is crackly. I have had problems with the screen malfunctioning. Sometimes the signal disappears and I have to switch it on and off. My iPhone 5c was much better, I have not been impressed at all with my phone from mobiles.com and would not recommend.
I would like the problem resolved however I know this will be at my inconvenience and leave me without a phone for a period of time which is not an option for me.
Moving from Android to an iPhones took a huge leap of faith. After conducting weeks of research Mobiles.co.uk were the cheapest by far. I chose a refurbished iPhone 6s which was immaculate in every detail and because I got the grey backed phone it had the best deal. Colour choice didn't matter to me as it would be in a case. From ordering to receiving the phone only took a couple of days. The process was so simple to use. This is the second time I have used this company and have not been disappointed.
In all honesty, I am pretty disgusted with both my new phone and mobiles.co.uk. The phone itself had awful battery life and now won't charge or turn on. It's ten days old and I need to take it to apple now. I could never register with mobiles.co.uk to view my account nor could I get a reply to my four emails regarding this and my broken phone. I am not intending to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Very very poor service indeed.
The iPhone 6s that has been sent out to has problems with the home button. I have to reset the phone more the once a day to get the home button to work. Doesn't accept my finger print all the time, after I have rescanning my print four times now. I would not get a refurbished phone again. Im still waiting for an email back about this problem and there are going to do to sort the problems out
