Apple iPhone 11 64GB White Refurbished -

Brilliant phone, would definitely recommend the quality is amazing the camera quality is brilliant there’s so much that can be done on the iPhone 11 and can be used for a wide range of apps extra. If you don’t have this phone you need it!

Mobiles.co.uk made buying my iphone11 so easy, their communication was speedy and all my questions were answered. Delivery was fast and efficient and I was able to quickly re-arrange my delivery day online to suit my needs

I ordered the refurb phone but when advised I was told these are the phones that get sent back before the 14 day period. I recieved the phone today after having to wait 6 days for it to be delivered I was also told it was next day. I put my phone on general condition is perfect outside, screen, sides etc perfect not a scratch on site.

Only thing that I’m confused about is my partner has had her iPhone 11 for nearly 2 years and her battery percentage is the same as mine at 87%

I struggle to believe these are phones been sent back within the 2 week period as the battery health would be a lot more then 87%.

Apart from that and the delivery. Everything else seemed ok.

Was locked to another network so the sim wouldn't work, was a problem with the lens of the camera and the battery was at 90% capacity. It's been sent back after eventually getting someone to help me with returning it and not trying to get rid. While I understand it's a refurb, it's supposed to be 'as new'. Clearly this one wasn't and hopefully they get it right next time.

Love it the camera is amazing

I ordered iPhone 11 128 GB white refurbished handset. Order processing and delivery was next business day.
For the handset as such it was in excellent condition so that way you save some money.
However, my problem is with the age of handset. I was under the impression that it will be a recent customer return. However it turned out that phone was registered with Apple in Sept’ 19 and I got it in Jan’2020. As a result I could not get Apple care for the handset. Even though mobiles.co.uk offers 1 year warranty, Apple care is always useful for such expensive gadget.
In my view, age of the handset should also be published along with the condition. OR listing should clearly state that you may not be able to get AppleCare.

No instructions were sent with the phone. When I rang the customer services they were poorly trained and unable to help. Their manager was unable to take the call and a senior took my call after a long wait. She advised returning the phone as was unable to help too. In the end after multiple phone calls and visits to the mobile phone shop I got it working but bcos of lack of instructions from mobiles.co others struggled to help. Sending out a copy of instruction manual and brief instructions on activating sim etc should not cost much but there is poor customer focus!

It’s not yellow as per the heading, it’s black! Happy with purchase A* condition and super fast delivery.
