Where Is My Order?
Tracking your delivery
Tracking your order couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is log in to your account here using your order ID and email address for all the information you need.
If you are unable to log in to your account, you can also track your parcel with Yodel direct. Just click here and enter in your tracking reference number which usually starts with the letters 'JD'.
I haven't received any emails about my delivery
We aim to keep you up to date with the progress of you order and to save you having to call, you can track your order progress in your log in area by clicking here. If we need extra information from you or the handset you have chosen is out of stock, your online account will tell you everything you need to know.
I missed Yodel when they came to deliver
Yodel will leave a calling card to let you know that they attempted to delivery your parcel. On the card will be instructions to rearrange delivery with a local Yodel driver. You can arrange to have your parcel redelivered or collect it from your local Yodel depot.
If you don't have time to contact Yodel, there's no need to panic, they will simply attempt delivery again the next working day. Yodel will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times before holding your parcel for 7 days and then returning it back to mobiles.co.uk.
How do I contact Yodel?
Yodel have made it even easier to contact them. When tracking your parcel with Yodel, on the right hand side of the page, there is an option to chat with a Yodel customer service advisor. All you need to do is click here and enter your tracking reference number.
Can I change my delivery address?
We understand that you may not be available when Yodel come to deliver, however unfortunately we're not able to change your delivery address once your order has been processed.

Cancelling or changing my order
If your order has not been despatched (we will send an email when it has), call our customer services team on 0871 220 3581 (Please be aware that calls are charged at 10p per minute from standard landlines. Calls from mobiles may vary so please check with your network provider) to cancel or amend it.
If we've already sent your item, you may be able to return or exchange it. Please visit our Exchanges and Returns section here for more information.
There are items missing from my order
If you've received your order but something is missing from the box, you should:
- Check your order. If you ordered a refurbished phone, we can not guarantee that all accessories will come with the phone
- If something is missing, then you need to call us on 0871 220 3581 (Please be aware that calls are charged at 10p per minute from standard landlines. Calls from mobiles may vary so please check with your network provider)
I've tracked my parcel and it's showing as delivered, but I haven't received it
We're really sorry to hear you're having problems with delivery of your parcel. Firstly, there is a few things you can do:
- Check with other household members to see if they have the parcel
- Check with your neighbours, Yodel may have passed your parcel to them to make sure you receive it
- Check in a safe place
If you have tried all the above and are still unable to locate your parcel, our customer services team would really like to help.
