Delivery Times

Due to the severe snow in England, Wales and central southern Scotland there may be a delay with delivering orders. We will be updating customers via email or SMS if they are effected so there is no need to contact our customer service team.

Delivery is important

As a web store, we know that how our customers receive their products is very important – it’s a key part of the buying experience. All orders placed before 4pm will usually be despatched the following working day meaning you get your phone quicker!

We understand you may have a preference when it comes to which delivery service you use.

Free 48 Hour Delivery

Once you have placed your order online, we will endeavour to get your order to you within 48 working hours Your order will be sent by either DHL/Yodel or Royal Mail (you can choose this when you add a phone to the basket), and many customers get their phone the day after they order.

UK Offshore Deliveries

Certain remote areas and offshore locations will take longer than one day and be delivered in normal working hours between 7:30am - 5:30pm.

    Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 2 working days longer.

    Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) may take 2-3 working days longer.

    Deliveries to the Channel Islands and The Isle of Wight can take 1-2 working days longer. This can be longer if an item is held at customs.

How can I track my delivery?

    DHL/Yodel

    You can track the status of your delivery using your DHL/Yodel tracking number supplied in the Despatch Notification email we sent you. This number usually begins with JD followed by 16 digits.

    1) Go to the DHL/Yodel website

    2) Enter your DHL/Yodel tracking number and postcode in the track your parcel box and click GO.

    3) The current status of your order will appear on screen along with any previous tracking history.


    Royal Mail

    1) Go to the Royal Mail website

    2) Enter your tracking number in the Track & Trace box.

    This number will contain 13 digits and end in GB and would have been supplied in the Despatch Notification email we sent you.

What do I do if I miss the delivery?

Due to the value of the goods being sent, a signature will be required to accept delivery. In the event that you are out when the delivery driver calls, don't worry, you can simply re-arrange delivery or collect your new phone from your local depot:


    DHL/Yodel

    If you miss delivery a card will be left by the courier with contact details for arranging a 2nd attempt at a more suitable time. If no contact is made then the courier will attempt to deliver again the next working day. DHL/Yodel will try to deliver 3 times before storing the item at your local DHL/Yodel Service Centre where it will remain for a maximum of 7 days before being returned to our warehouse.


    Royal Mail

    If you miss delivery Royal Mail will leave a 'sorry, you were out' card which you can use to re-arrange delivery or visit your local sorting office and collect yourself.

The small print

  • We only deliver to the credit/debit cardholders address as this information provides the necessary identification verification required to process the order.
  • Orders will be despatched for next working day delivery on the basis they pass all necessary network, identification, security checks and that stock is available.
  • Items will be stored for 7 days at your local depot before being returned to our warehouse.
  • For collection from a DHL/Yodel depot a proof of identification such as passport, driving licence, credit/debit card or a recent, paid utility bill is required. Please contact DHL/Yodel before picking up your order and allow 48 hours between calling and collecting.
