All our contract handsets are fully covered by Carphone Warehouse’s reliable insurance service Phone Care which safeguards your phone against accidental damage or theft, giving you peace of mind with your new purchase.
Upon acquiring a new phone with a pay monthly contact, we will automatically supply the first month of the service totally free of charge. This means you can start benefiting from the reassurance of the Phone Care policy straight away.
After the free month has elapsed the service will continue to be charged at £5.99 per calendar month for basic handset models and £7.99 for more advanced ones: This cost will be clearly displayed in your cart when you complete your order.
Remember, you are under no obligation and may cancel the policy at any time with no fixed commitment, including within the first free month. Simply cease the direct debit instruction and the polciy will end.
A free welcome pack will be sent to you within 3 to 10 days of receiving your phone and will explain everything you need to know about your Phone Care Insurance including how to make a claim and cancellations. Alternatively for more information click on the link below.
