"I recently bought my HTC Desire from you and I am very happy with the service and the phone. What clinched the deal was the option to use Royal Mail special delivery rather than just a courier. I am at work during the day and I haven't got the time to trek 30 miles to a depot to pick up my package, whilst the post office sorting office is only 5 minutes away. "I tried to order an O2 upgrade offer on your website, but there were problems with processing O2 upgrades so my order was delayed. I spoke to one of your customer services guys who told me about another deal which was less money for the same phone, though the contract was slightly longer. I took this deal and the phone and free gift arrived the next day as I was advised, which was great. When I got the phone I really wasn't very happy with it, so after a few days I called your customer services and discussed my options. They sent me a list of phones available on the same offer so I read reviews on these and sent the old phone back as advised. My new phone arrived within a couple of days and is just what I needed. I don't normally leave feedback, but I have to say how impressed I was by your customer service guys. I thought returning the phone and ordering a new one would be a nightmare and would probably mean returning the gift etc, but the whole process was really easy. Although your preferred method is E-mail, I prefer to phone in and speak to someone and your Customer Service people are ALWAYS polite and helpful; added to which they KNOW the products and are able to answer most queries I have. Best deal around and what made us decide to definately use mobiles.co.uk is, they are part of Carphone Warehouse and any repairs to the phone will be dealt with by my local Carphone Warehouse shop.
