We regularly receive feedback from delighted customers. Here is a small selection of genuine comments that we have recently received.
The only way we could stay in our top position was by listening to our customers and to this end we really appreciate all feedback, even those rare cases where it's negative. We're not perfect, with more than 30 staff processing 1000's of orders each and every month, there will always be the odd mistake. However, we try to learn from all mistakes and aim to improve both our systems and our people to ensure mistakes are not repeated.
