"This phone is great. As an alternative to the iPhone, this has to be a sensible answer. The phone is a fraction of the cost of other high end phones, however has great features including, a brilliant 5 MP camera with LED flash and a host of superb photo editing features, Google maps, full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, and much more. The phone is very simple and intuitive to use, and the bright touchscreen is really responsive and fast. Battery life is great (went abroad for 5 days on one charge). Overall, the phone is a great find, looks lovely, does everything you need it to, it is nice and clear and loud (good sound from the speakers when playing music). Highly recommended. "

"I don't usually bother with reviews but I feel strongly about recommending my phone. I read many reviews before choosing the Yari and even though nobody really seems to know about it this phone is fantastic. I have false nails so could not buy a touch screen phone and I love to play games which is why I picked this phone. The bowling game is similar to the Wii game (you have to physically move your arm). The camera is 5 mp which takes a great photo and the sound is really good to. My friends have told me the phone looks good also. The phone and my PS3 arrived quickly and I would really recommend this phone to anyone."

It is quick and easy to text as the keys are pretty good even if you have big fingers. Easy to connect up to your computer and you can DEFINITELY rely on this phone. Battery life is amazing!! Its lasts (if you push it) up to 4 days. It shows you the time and you can change the settings easy. "The LG Pop has some really great features all in one device! It is said to be the successor to the LG Cookie and I can see why- a lot of fun, easy to use features with a very responsive touchscreen. The display is also a good size and it makes is easy to see everything on screen clearly. I don't usually use my mobile phone to take my photos, but I must say that the quality of the photos taken with the built in camera is quite impressive. There isn't a flash but as I said this isn't a big issue for me. One of the most important things for me is that I can listen to all of my music on the phone, which is possible with the music player. Luckily there is enough memory for me to store all of my music too. There are loads of other fun features to play around with on the GD510 Pop. All I can say is get this phone if you are after a compact touchscreen which is easy to navigate!"

"Got my Bold 9700 today and couldn't be happier with it. Was using the Pearl before this and what an upgrade the new Bold is. The keyboard is excellent to use and the screen looks amazing plus its got all old features of my pearl like blackberry messenger plus the new trackpad thingy is so much easier to use than the fiddly track ball. Always been a blackberry user for as long as I can remember so was always going to love the Bold but it's still managed to blow me away, they've managed to squeeze all the top end features you could ever need into a nice looking compact phone and still managed to make the qwerty keyboard usable. Easily Blackberrys best ever phone and mine too!"

"I'd heard mixed reviews about the BlackBerry Storm2 but after having mine for just over a week I can't put it down! The touchscreen on the Storm2 is truly one of a kind. If you touch lightly on it you can use it to scroll through menus and up and down on web pages and then push a bit harder and the screen actually clicks in. It takes a little getting used to but I'm a total convert now, I wouldn't go back to a normal screen. Typing on it is easy and it gives great feedback because it feels like you're actually clicking a keyboard. Plus the Storm2 has tonnes of features, you can download apps, use instant messenger and loads more."

"I love the N97 Mini. I had to weigh it up against the bigger N97 but I'm so glad with my choice, the touchscreen feels more responsive and 8GB of memory is fine to be going on with plus I can put a memory card in it. "First of all the service from mobiles.co.uk was great as I ordered the phone on Sunday 1st November and received it the following morning. the phone box has an image of the phone in the colour you order. I ordered the pink on white Nokia 5530. In the box there is, obviously, the handset which comes with a 4gb memory card, the battery, charger, USB cable, phone case, user guide, headphones, and a wrist strap. None of the reviews I read said there was a case and wrist strap included but there is, so that is great. The phone is great to hold and very light, it also fits in the palm comfortably. When you turn the phone on, it is already partially charged, and the home screen is great. The touch screen is responsive and easy to use with either your finger or the stylus. The phone also includes 2 games and more can be downloaded from the ovi store. I am really glad I bought this phone, as I really love it although I only got it today. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS FABULOUS!!!"

The slide never jams, and the phone supports microSD cards up to 2GB. This phone is perfect for people on a budget: It is great value for the money (about £50-£70) "

"I swapped my HTC Touch Diamond 2 for this phone, although the Touch Diamond 2 is an amazing phone in it's own right, I'm not keen on using a stylus all the time and the phone is more suited towards business users. Now on to the Magic, it just looks great, although the outer casing should have been made of tougher material, I've had no complaints with mine so far. The touch screen is to die for, very smooth and responsive. Running the Android operating system from Google is just great, beats the current Windows interface on other HTC models in many ways and is just generally more pleasurable to use. The apps market for Android is also great, sporting many free apps which are just so handy. Ease of use couldn't be better really, you can drag and drop widgets to where you want them across the 3 screens and then just bin them if you want to replace/or move them elsewhere. As it's an Android phone, Google synchronisations is brilliant throughout, watching and uploading photos and videos is so easy. Only gripe with the phone is the pretty naffy 3.2 mp camera which is "okay" for basic pics but 5.0 should really be the basic standard now. All in all the best phone I've had so far!"

"I previously had a Samsung U600 and ordered another Samsung as I had been so pleased with my last phone. I find the Samsung format easy to navigate and the icons make sense. The graphics on the J700 are less good than the U600 as they appear to be more fuzzy. I would also like more options on ringtones as there's only one - not everyone wants to pay for a download. In all other respects the phone is easy to use. I like the sliding style which avoids having to lock the keypad. I liked the light touch keypad on the U600 better than that of the J700 which requires a more positive touch to register the number. The FM radio, bluetooth etc work fine."

"I love the new Tocco. It's slim and light and the screen is a good size. The camera is good. However, when you lock the phone a random 'Wallpaper' is displayed. However, only 7 (out of 10) of these are available to choose from. The rest are hidden in the phone (the best one's can't be selected - rang the helpline & they confirmed????) The guide book provided is limited and doesn't go into detail. Therefore you don't know how the majority of the functions work - (Ok keep the basic guide book simple, but provide indepth guidance separately - via booklet or internet). The leather screen guard seemed like a good idea in practice, but you feel stupid using the phone with the thing flapping about around the mouth piece. However, I've only ever had Samsung phones and I intend things to stay that way."

Nokia 6500 Classic Review (See latest Nokia 6500 Classic Deals)

"I selected the phone primarily because of 'form factor' as I already use a Blackberry for work and wanted a small and smart looking phone for personal use. To this end the Nokia 6500 Classic is ideal, being exceedingly thin and easy to carry in trouser or suit pockets. The screen resolution is good, and the camera excellent. The Software is considerably better than Nokia's I have had previously, providing a customisable and intuitive interface, with six shortcut keys from the home screen and an easy to use menu system.On the down side it does not have a slot for a micro sd card, which seems strange given that it comes with 1GB of storage and media players, it surely would have been easier providing space for interchangeable media. In addition texting is not made easier by the 'additional media' toolbar which takes up about a quarter of a page with options designed to help you attach media to texts (if I want to send media I will send it on an email). Also the battery life is poor, though improves after charging a few times. The quality of finish is good, giving a boardroom style finish with the black version that I would feel comfortable using in a business context. I find the USB cable it comes with particularly useful as I can charge it off the laptop, and sync it with my Outlook contacts easily, and they have finally made Nokia PC suit less intrusive (e.g. you can turn it off, and it doesn't load with windows every time). All in all for my needs (personal phone, camera, occasional media, texting) this is ideal, and as a second phone is perfect given its size and features. I wouldn't recommend this to people who want connectivity (web/email/etc) or as a media phone (lack of external storage). But for those that want a well built and functional phone with standard features it is a good choice."
