iPhone 16 range

Small but powerful additions have shaped the iPhone 16 range into another exciting handset from Apple. One of the most exciting new additions is the new Camera Control button, which lets you launch the camera and access modes and features with the press of a button for more efficient photography.

The 16 Pro and Pro Max models offer further benefits. The all-new A18 Bionic chip is a 10-core powerhouse of a processor, allowing you to run image enhancing software or swap between apps, with ease. Not only do these features create an impressive handset, but the remarkable performance alongside the best display technology elevates the iPhone 16 even further.

iPhone 15 range

iPhone 15 and 15 Plus introduce big changes to the Apple range. The most significant feature on the iPhone 15 was the arrival of the USB-C port, which changes how you can charge and connect your iPhone. This makes the iPhone 15 far more versatile than previous models, when connecting and transferring data across multiple devices.

The 15 Pro and Pro Max models take this customisation one step further. The returning Dynamic Island feature expands the pill box where the front camera is housed to display messages and updates. If a call is incoming, Dynamic Island will expand in real time and shrink back when not in use. Phones only have so much screen space to work with, so this smart use of existing features makes the iPhone 15 range really stand out.

Google Pixel 9

The Pixel 9 and 9 Pro contain many of the standout features from previous excellent Pixel phones. Changes to the processor however give the Pixel 9 a significant boost and establish it as a must-have smartphone.

Pixel 8 and 8 Pro

Powering the Pixel 9 is the new Google Tensor G4 chip, bringing with it faster loading times and less slowdown when swapping between apps.

The advanced processor has also opened up additions to the camera capabilities of the Pixel 9. Features such as Night Sight create vibrant results after dark, as well as the Magic Eraser which can remove unwanted people in the background of your photos. There’s also the Best Take feature, which combines multiple shots to create excellent results.

Samsung Galaxy S24

The Galaxy S24 refines an already excellent smartphone, smoothing out rough edges to produce an exceptional premium range of devices.

The biggest difference between the S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra is in the display size. If you are seeking a smaller phone, the S24 has a 6.12-inch screen, the S24 Plus sits in the middle of the pack at 6.7 inches, whilst the S24 Ultra is a massive 6.8 inches with a stunning QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.

Bundled with the S24 Ultra is the multi-functional S Pen. This handy accessory enables you to write messages, make notes, and even take hands-free photos. For those seeking the very best combination of performance and functionality, the S24 Ultra should be near the top of the list.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 in many ways proves the potential of foldable smartphones. Samsung has given the Z Flip 5 a remarkable level of usage versatility, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds with the large 6.7-inch or folded 3.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED display. The customisable cover screen gives you plenty of personalisation options whether its photos or widgets, to give you a unique look.

The clear selling point of a phone like this is its foldable clamshell form factor and the ability to store it away with even more convenience than a standard flatscreen smartphone. The appeal of a phone like this is also in its usability; it can be placed on a surface at 90 degrees to take video calls or watch films, without the familiar need to crane your neck down to view the screen.

This phone also has a Full HD+ AMOLED display, with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is a great achievement to have a device with the foldable properties of a clamshell phone, yet does not compromise with a lower-quality display. The 1080p resolution at 120Hz is stunning, bursting with detail and running silky-smooth thanks to the high refresh rate.

Motorola Razr 50

The Motorola Razr 50 is a triumph. Every inch of this phone is premium, never compromising to accommodate its flexible form factor. If you’ve been considering a flip phone but not taken the leap, the Razr 50 Ultra includes everything you need.

The Razr 50 takes flip phones to the next level. Impressively, the 4-inch OLED front screen cover makes the device both useful and vibrant. This level of quality extends to the main, unfolded screen, which dazzles with its 6.9-inch size.

Processing power in the Razr 50 is supplied by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X, which reduces lagging to make playing games and swapping between apps feel seamless. Paired with an Android 14 operating system, bringing with it great personalisation and audio features.

iPhone SE (Third Generation)

The third generation of Apple’s smaller form factor smartphone packs in an impressive level of performance, standing out as an affordable entry point into the iPhone world. It expands on this core selling point of previous SE models by pushing the SE Third Gen forward in key areas, all of which combine to make this a device worth taking note of.

Whilst the 4.7-inch HD display remains the same as the Second Gen SE, the chipset of the Third Gen model is the lightning-fast A15 Bionic, the very same powering the iPhone 13. This parity of performance is extremely impressive, given the affordability and small size of the SE.

iPhone SE Range

iPhone SE Third Gen stands its ground amongst the very lofty competition. With the additional inclusion of 5G connectivity, if you are looking for an affordable gateway into the iPhone range of phones, that packs in many of the modern smartphone features, iPhone SE is a top choice.
