Upgrading your mobile may sound complicated but in truth it's really straight forward. It does not matter who you brought your previous handset from and which network you are currently on, you can always upgrade and save with us.
All you need to do is follow a few simple steps:
Check first whether you are eligible for an upgrade. If you are unsure, check above on "when can I upgrade?" You must have an existing O2, Orange, Vodafone or T-mobile contract to upgrade.
Select your current network using the above links then browse our full selection of mobile phones and upgrade tariffs on that network.
Choose your new phone and supply us with your current mobile phone number in the cart which will then be automatically transferred to your new contract!
Please note: If you originally took your contract out with the Carphone Warehouse on O2 directly you are unable to upgrade your contract with us. Please upgrade your phone directly with the Carphone Warehouse or O2 themselves.
