Free Next Day Handset Delivery

Receiving your handset is as easy as 1,2,3. After your order has been successfully processed, you’ll receive further updates when your items are out for delivery. Our DPD couriers will send you an email or text confirming your delivery date, along with the option to change your delivery day if required.


On the day of delivery, you'll receive another email or text confirming a one-hour timeslot. You can also download the DPD app if you want to keep a closer eye on your parcel, so no need to wait in all day for the van to arrive.

Delivery is always free - another of our promises to you. Regardless of what you order, we won't charge you to receive it. All handsets are delivered by courier, for a secure and reliable experience!

SIM Cards Delivery will send out your new SIM through Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow up to 3 - 5 days to receive your SIM.

‘My Account’ Area

Head over to ‘My Account’, where you can check your order status, earn cash for recommending friends and get exclusive access to other perks and discounts.


As soon as you've placed your order you can register for an account by following the link here, where you’ll be able to register for an account in a few easy steps. If you have registered, just enter your Order ID and password to gain access to your account.

In your 'My Account' area, you can:

• Let us know if you’ve ported your number
• Update your personal details

When shopping with, all handsets include a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 24 months, for added peace of mind.


In addition to this, we offer our own retailers’ warranty too. If your handset develops an issue in the first 30 days of receipt, you can contact our dedicated customer services team by logging in to your 'My Account’ area. If your handset experiences problems outside the first 30 days, please visit your local Currys store, where the staff will be happy to help.
