Vodafone

Vodafone offers 12 and 24-month SIM Only deals. The cheapest option is a ‘Basic’ plan which simply provides calls, texts and data. Vodafone also offer Entertainment packages, with a choice of Amazon Prime or YouTube Premium. You can enjoy further benefits with ‘VeryMe’ - a loyalty programme exclusively for Vodafone mobile customers packed with weekly treats, offers and discounts.

Roaming

Roaming is the ability to use your phone in other countries. Choosing a SIM with a roaming plan lets you use your monthly data, texts and calls whilst travelling. This means you’ll still have data to share holidays snaps, use GPS to navigate your way around, and use your favourite translation apps.

iD Mobile offers EU Roaming in 50 destinations worldwide, so you can use your data, texts and minutes abroad, as though you were at home.

Customers of Vodafone are able to roam in 83 worldwide destinations which are split into 4 zones; A, B, C or D. Roaming in Zone A is included in all plans however, you’ll incur charges outside these destinations, with costs depending on the location and your plan. You can check your Roaming eligibility in the ‘My Vodafone’ app, as well as purchasing Roaming Passes for other zones.

Switching

Switching networks has never been easier, thanks to a new process which makes it both fast and user-friendly. Whether you want to keep your existing number, or cancel your old number with a new order, you can request this via text message, without having to speak to anyone.

If you’re looking to switch networks and keep your number, then you will need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). To receive this, simply text the word PAC to 65075, which is free to do. You’ll then receive a PAC from your current provider in a matter of minutes, which you can then use when placing a new online order with us. We’ll then contact your current provider to cancel your contract, and ensure your existing number is transferred to your new order.

If you want to switch networks and change your number, text the word STAC to 75075, and then use this code when placing your new order. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact your current network to inform them you wish to cancel your old contract and number, and supply a new number with your order.

Alternatively, if you’re happy with your current provider you can select an upgrade deal, which will automatically carry forward your number without needing a PAC or STAC.

Entertainment Plan Benefits

Combining affordable prices and top-notch entertainment perks, these are a great choice if you’re looking for an all-in-one package.

Entertainment SIM Only deals, are available with Vodafone. These packages offer a choice of perks, such as free 12 or 24 month subscriptions to Amazon Prime Video or YouTube Premium. Some also offer additional data allowances for video and music streaming.

Although iD Mobile don’t offer entertainment plans, all iD deals arrive with other great perks. These include EU Roaming (see above) and free data rollover, which automatically carries any unused data onto your following month’s allowance, at no extra cost.

• Automatic cashback means we will automatically process and send your cheque to you once your order has been processed and received.
