Apple iPhone 16 Deals & Contracts

I’m really happy with my new iPhone 16 in Ultramarine and even though it’s only 128GB, that’s plenty for me so I didn’t feel the need to buy one with more storage.
I’m equally really happy with my 24 month contract with mobiles.co.uk - it’s a very competitive price and their service was fast & efficient. Long may it continue.

I love my iPhone 16! It's incredibly fast, and the camera is truly outstanding—easily one of the best I've used. However, there seems to be an error with the listed specs, as my phone is actually the 128GB black model, not the 512GB white one. Aside from that mix-up, it's been a fantastic experience so far!

I have had an absolutely awful experience with ID Mobile / Mobiles.co.uk.

The delivery process has been a complete nightmare. DPD drivers have lied and refused to attend the address, and despite numerous calls, customer support workers have made false promises and broken assurances. As a result, my old phone company has now disconnected me and I have been left without a working mobile for almost a week. This has had a serious impact on me both personally and professionally.

What makes matters worse is that, after countless phone calls, I’ve now been told that the phone hasn’t even been actioned to be delivered to the Curry’s store I specifically requested. This was my attempt to work around DPD’s complete incompetence, yet ID Mobile and Mobiles.co.uk have still failed to follow through.

The level of service I have received is utterly unacceptable. I am now very close to cancelling my contract altogether. Unless this is resolved immediately, ID Mobile and Mobiles.co.uk will not receive a penny from me. The way I have been treated is appalling, and I would strongly caution others against trusting this company.

The phone is all good, the transfer from my old iphone went well. However, 2 things were a bit of an issue
First off I ended up with 2 sims on the new phone, 1 from my old provider and the second from my new provider. This was fixed.
The second issue was my banking apps. They all needed to be re-registered and this was quite time consuming. In addition the One Time Security Codes that were texted to me were erratic. Codes from some banks came through but some didn't. This is a major problem and I'm still waiting to get this working

Emigrated from Android and everything seems hard work, Not very intuitive, does not do predictive text very well, does not search very well. For example, KFC near me. It was about 100 miles off. It suggested I use precise location which I did. It then suggested I changed some settings which I did. Still did not work, so it gave me 3 pages of instructions to work through. To be honest useless, but hopefully I can get through the teething problems.

Great phone. But sold with a digital sim that clearly doesn’t work. Spent a fortnight going backwards and forwards from different people blaming each other. Finally someone listened. I was given a normal Sim and put through to the technical support that fixed my problem. But beware. Took constant phone calls for every day over a week and a half. Every time havingbuo ho through security and re detail what was wrong.

A real return to form for Apple’s base iPhone. With the action button, camera control and Dynamic Island all present, there is very little missing from this phone that is present on the 16 Pro.

The new Ultramarine and Pink colours are also beautiful in person.

Fast delivery and great value unlimited sim deal on a iPhone I got for my son. Applied while out shopping with my wife and had the phone the next day on a Sunday. iPhones suck but it's what my sone wanted. Now he's one of the izombie crowd 🤢

First new phone I've purchased for at least 5 years, things have changed a little in that time but I know I will get used to this phone in time. No complaints about service etc, all went as planned for change change from old phone.

I have had great service from Mobiled.co.UK. My new phone arrived within 12 hours and we were able to quickly set up the new phone and transfer everything over from my old phone. very impressed with my new iPhone 16 thank you.
