How to leave a review?
Following a purchase, customers will receive an email asking them to leave a review. Simply follow the steps outlined in the email to share your experience. When will we remove a review?

If you found something you feel should not have been published and violates these moderation categories, please contact the site that the review is displayed on directly. This can be reported to the team here . Every review raised by consumers for non-compliance is investigated.
Review writing tips
We request that any reviews you provide is always an honest and factual account of your purchase. Here are some things you should consider when writing a review:

Can a review be amended or deleted?
If a customer wishes to amend or delete a review, they will need to visit the site they left the review with (e.g. Trust Pilot, Google, Reviews.io) and amend the review via the link originally provided or via an online account.
