Can I upgrade via

You certainly can. It doesn't matter if you didn't purchase your existing contract from us. All you need is a current Vodafone connection that's eligible to upgrade.

How do I upgrade my phone through

Simply take a look through our Vodafone upgrade deals, and select the contract that's right for you. Once you've ordered, we'll do the rest processing your new tariff on Vodafone and ensuring you keep the same number.

Am I able to keep the phone I already have?

Will I get a new SIM when I upgrade?

When ordering a new phone, there's a chance that your new device may require a different sized SIM to your old phone. To cover this, your upgrade order will arrive with a multi-SIM which can fit all SIM size requirements, across the iPhone and Android ranges.

Can I upgrade to a handset if I'm currently on SIM only?

Yes you can. When you upgrade, you're simply continuing your current connection. This means you're free to go from SIM only to a handset contract, or vice versa, depending on your preference. Just remember that a deal with a handset is likely to have a higher monthly line rental than SIM only.

Are there any benefits of upgrading with Vodafone?

When can I upgrade with Vodafone?

With Vodafone, you can upgrade your contract 75 days before it ends. Just log into your online Vodafone account if you'd like to check your exact upgrade eligibility date.

Can I upgrade early on Vodafone?

You have the option of upgrading 75 days before the end of your contract with Vodafone. If you want to upgrade before this time, you can still do so, although this will incur an early termination bill which will be equivalent to your outstanding line rental.
