Yes, there are two ways to keep your number. You can switch to a new contract on a different network, or you can upgrade your handset to continue with the same number on the same network.

Depending on whether you wish to keep your number, you can request a PAC or STAC from your current network. A PAC will transfer your number to a new order, while a STAC will cancel it. More details can be found here.
